Stay away from this office unless you don't mind being cheated out of your money.

When I called them to see what this is about, I was told they found out after my visits that I should have been being charged an extra $5/visit. So they added these charges to my account but never notified me. Apparently they had someone new start in January and she claims to have sent out bills to my address in their system in January, February, and March. Unfortunately I had moved and wasn't receiving these letters if they were actually being mailed. They could have checked for a new address or called me and I would have been happy to work with them on these $5 charges. Instead, they sent this to collections. This is terrible business practice and I will not be recommending their office to anyone. I do not recommend them because of their lack of organization, poor communication, and terrible billing practices. Plenty of other chiropractors do a much better job without the extra stress!

For the past year and a half, I have only slept 3-5 hours a night, was often limping on my right leg, and was basically learning to just live with the pain. Nancy made my first visit so comfortable - I told her I didn't want my neck adjusted because it just freaked me out too much, and she gladly obliged (even though I bet she was secretly rolling her eyes at me.) Over the past 5-6 weeks I've been doing a combination of electro stem, acupuncture, and adjustments. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't a quick fix - I had some painful days for sure, but each week I've gotten better and I'm now officially at zero pain. I can't even believe it. My visits are becoming less and less frequent and I'm even back to the treadmill and light workouts.
