Family oriented and kid friendly. I loved the fun products and toys they had for sale. The staff were friendly and efficient. The little tractor chair our son sat in was also a cute little touch. He was distracted by his lollipop and toy long enough for his hair to be cut. Only at the end did he fuss a little bit. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. I would love to come back and continue to maintain my son's tidy hair style. We were sent home with a little souvenir certificate of our son's first haircut, along with a little bag of his hair. After reading reviews on yelp i decided to give this salon a try, although the name of the salon is different than the one listed I am very pleased w my decision to choose this particular salon. Lindsey is very cute, and very sweet. She listened well to my concerns and what I wish to achieve with my hair. Little by little she slowly trimmed my hair, explaining in detail what and why she was doing. She was even able to explain to me why the technique that the other stylist choose to do wasn't suited for the style that I was after. Originally I had asked for an undercut to manage the bulk in the back of my short hair, she just kind of chucked, did her thing and managed to ditch the bulk without shaving the back of my head. Again very happy with my decision to visit this salon. I was only charged for the services that I was provided. Typically I don't ask to have my hair washed when I go for a cut but almost always get charged for the wash/blow dry/style that I didn't receive. Will definitely be back again. Thanks Lindsey!

A few snips of her ends. No sectioning, just her hair combed out and snipped all the way around. No wash (nothing offered, just saturated with a spray bottle) and when asked if she wanted a braid or sparkles the "stylist" was so disengaged that my daughter just said no (she loves having her hair braided and is always asking to have this done). There was just no effort made to make her feel comfortable and no enthusiasm from the stylist. To top it off, when finished the "cut" my daughters hair was not dried in anyway. You're sending children out your doors in -10 with wet hair? My daughter was in the chair for less then five minutes, not an ounce of product used and it was $20.00. I have zero talent when it comes to cutting hair but could have done the exact same thing that was done to my daughters hair. See ya never!
