I called for an appointment yesterday, and was worried they never asked for my name so had to call again today to confirm to make sure. Honestly the massage was good. For the price I think it was really good and relaxing. My mom got a body massage and I had a foot massage. Def recommend and would def come back. I think the mixed reviews came from tipping. I had no pressure to tip more but to be honest if you are getting an hour foot massage for $40, please tip reasonable. I gave $20 bc it's manual labor and they were massage my feet and a whole hour. People just need to be mindful.

We saw people complaining about how the massages were too much pressure and that's exactly what we wanted! I want to feel like I'm being tenderized like a piece of meat. If there's no pointy elbows digging into my knots and in between my bones, am I even getting a massage? Anyways, this place is really a hidden gem. It's unassuming on the exterior but the interior is very professional and clean. I did 60 mins body plus 30 mins foot and it was wonderful. Helen really dug into my tense muscles and kneaded away the tension. It was $80 per person and we both tipped $25 each. Remember, it's hard manual labor that these little ladies are doing. I'll definitely be coming back.

A short walk away from downtown Flushing and tucked away down some stairs, you can find Coco Spa -…read morea clean, incredibly affordable, cash-only establishment that delivered the deep-tissue massage of my dreams. The highlights: - Moderately STRONG pressure and thorough massage technique common among Asian shops but hard to find among American chain shops. I came in towards the end of the day around 7pm and the pressure was fantastic. - Extremely reasonable prices. A full-body deep tissue was around $40 in December 2025. I live in Chicago and consider massages as a once or twice-a-year luxury, but I legitimately dream about flying back to visit Coco Spa. My NYC friends have visited and can attest to the quality. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have any hesitation, let these hard working folks massage it out at Coco Spa!

Previously this was my go to spot. Recently I had a woman (I have only had the males previously and…read morethey were all amazing!) doing my back/shoulder foot massage and her nails were digging into my feet. Not fun and wasn't the best message due to this. I think it is just common sense to have nails cut if your profession is massage. Then when I was leaving I was told my 20% tip was not good enough and I should tip 35%...are you out of your mind????? Her reasoning was "because this is flushing". I think I will be finding a new spot in the neightborhood.

The facility seems nice but the staff is all over the place. After waiting 1.5 hour in the lobby room, they told us to go to the rooms which were not yet cleaned! We told them that they were used and they took another 30 min to clean and set up. Then when we laid in the room, we waited for another 30 min for a total of 2.5 hours. We had a dinner reservation for mother's Day and had to push it twice to fit this booking in. The worst part is we got zero apologies and when I complained the representative told me to stop asking and go back in the room. They didn't seem to care about our bad experience being so delayed in the least. Totally appaling experience.

The scalp massage itself was great--the staff member who worked on me was skilled, and I felt relaxed throughout the entire process. I also really liked the bathroom decor, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. However, communication was a challenge. None of the staff spoke strong English, and there wasn't any visual guide or video to help explain the scalp analysis. It made it difficult to fully understand the results and recommendations. I ended up purchasing a scalp spray for $40, which I was told was 50% off from $80. I'm not entirely sure how accurate that was, especially after noticing the expiration date is October 2026--it left me a bit unsure about the value. In total, I paid around $180 including tip, which feels quite expensive for the experience. Overall, it's a relaxing treat, but probably more of an occasional self-care splurge rather than something I'd do regularly.

A few notes for those of you expecting certain things with your foot massage: -There are no blackout curtains so you will be able to see into the parking lot, if that impacts your experience. -The employees speak to each other in regular level decibels while giving treatment - in other words, this is not a "quiet" place. -I paid for a one hour foot massage which started at 4:30PM. They finished at 5:24 with six minutes left on my clock. If you are expecting a full hour, you might not get it, just be aware. -I tipped 30% because my therapist was great with the pressure on her knuckles, and focused on my feet the whole time (as opposed to other places which will do 20 minutes on each leg/foot, 20 on your shoulders etc.) - The therapist was NOT happy with a 30% tip and made a face as if she was expecting more. I had no other cash on me, but the face she made was a bit off-putting. Still, I would go back based on the cleanliness, the quality of work, and the proximity to home. If you choose to go here, just be mindful of my feedback.

I only had 30 min because I had another appointment but was in desperate need of a massage as I am 8 months pregnant. The woman I had basically lightly stroked my legs and feet for 30 min then charged me the price for a full hour AND said mandatory $20 tip minimum. Her massage was definitely not worth a tip that was just $10 less than the cost of the whole massage and since when are tips mandatory?? When I inquired further she looked at her coworker and giggled and said she could do $10 then I saw her enter another amount on the keypad. Shady AF. There is a sign saying this is a legitimate business "no hanky panky" but I did take note every customer who walked in during the 30 min I was there was an older gentleman, most of whom seemed to have an established rapport w a masseuse. Just saying...maybe this is where the mandatory $20 tip stems from. Save your time and money if you want a decent massage and go elsewhere!
