I've been living in Spain for eight years now and I find table service to be quite a bit slower than in the US. The mistake was eventually realized by the staff about the tea, and they said it was ours free of charge. Eventually, I tried it. What a surprise. The mint was so soothing and it was so enjoyable sitting in the morning sun on the terrace before we started our day.
