I've taken my toddler son here in 2019 and had a good experience. I wasn't sure of what to expect out of the appointment. He counted his teeth and brushed them and pointed things out to us. He was very friendly and made my child comfortable. However, I recently went and wasn't exactly pleased. I have very bad jaw pain and I explained this to the receptionist. She explained that they would refer out for TMJD, but that the doctor could give me medicine until then. I was nervous about going in the first place because I knew that my jaw would be hurting. I had them ask the doctor if I could take pain medication prior to that appointment. I took my medicine as instructed, waited quite a while before being called back. Then a lady did my X-rays. Then, I'm just sitting in the chair ......forever..... I asked the lady if they would be doing the cleaning today? (Which really needed to be done since it had been over 4 years since I've been to the dentist.) She replies, yes he's coming, it's just that we only have one dentist today. I have never had a dentist do the cleaning, it's usually the hygienist/ the one that did the X-ray. I'm thinking, so who was the lady that did my x rays, is she not a hygienist? Then the dentist finally gets to me, looks in my mouth quickly and says, well, no cavities. Then he starts cleaning them, which I figured would take a while since it's been so long. He may have been in there 2 min. Then says alright, that's it. I asked if he was going to floss my teeth. Replies, "yes, we can, but we already passed the other tool that gets it all." Then I asked, "well can you polish them?" Then he does that. It just felt like I had to ask for services that I have paid for. Then I asked about TMJD options. He gives me a referral. I asked if he could write a prescription for something until then. He says no. Then I asked about Botox injections to treat TMJD, which is sometimes used for that. He explains that Botox, tightens wrinkles, so it would be tightening the muscle too.. ummm but that isn't how Botox works, but ok. When I got home, my teeth really still didn't feel clean at all. I wouldn't recommend this dentist. Yes, it was cheaper than any other place I've ever been. Yes, we are currently dealing with COVID-19, but I expected more out of this appointment. I guess you get what you pay for. :( read more

This the worst dental experience I have EVER had. Super unprofessional and barbaric. They were so caught up in office gossip, and talking about other patients while they were working on me, things were scary! It was traumatic and I left in tears! Do not go there!!! The only reason I gave them a second star is because they are nice. read more

I guess it's ok for only cleanings, tooth extractions, just simple dental procedures. Staff was nice and the dentist was good explained in detail what he could and could not do. read more

Horrible! They specialize in kids so they used to have a mini play area but that has been closed for months. They also acted very put out when my daughter couldn't bite down on the huge exray tab that cut up her mouth horribly. They also won't quit calling you to get more of your money. Also they take forever and switch back and forth between patience so what should take 20 min takes an hour. You also pay up front for dental work ,which usually is fine but then they say "something isn't quite right so why don't you come back in a week oh but by the way I am going on vacation for a month and a half". And when things get really bad and you need to see someone they say well only your doctor can do that. Don't bother going to the same company in Lubbock either because it's the same dentist. If you like being lied to and given the run-around, then this place is for you! I would not recommend this Dental facility to anyone! I inquired about a price for a night guard. They would not give me a price until I made an appointment. That was the first red flag. I should have known better. After the front desk not listening to me, beating around the bush and making several excuses, I finally spoke with someone about the cost of a night guard. The girl gave me a distinct CASH price. Went to appointment. Ask to double check price BEFORE I would let them do anything to me (as I was in the dentist chair). All of a sudden the price changes; I am given a myriad of excuses. I said, "No, this is the price I was told or I would not have came here." I was told all of their phone calls are recorded, so I stated that I wanted that phone call listened to because it was $100 difference in price. They stated they would listen to the phone call and get back with me. After a few days, I finally had to go back in person because they would not get back in contact with me about listening to the recording. Even in person, I was STILL put off and given excuses. Waited another 2 days! I knew that they were avoiding me because they did not want to honor the price that I was told and the phone recording CLEARLY proved what I was told. I finally had to contact them again!! So good for TRYING to give them the benefit of the doubt, right? Of course, they understood the phone recording DIFFERENTLY (although, the prices were stated factually and I even restated the prices back to the girl to make sure that I understood correctly!) They played the dumb act. I told the girl to just be honest with people. Stop wasting my time and their time. If you're not going to honor the price that was quoted because a mistake was made, then TELL people that instead of making the business look even worse because of your shadiness! I am a firm believer that NOTHING is by chance/coincidence. Thank GOD, that He protected me from this fly by night dentistry! read more
