His personable nature and bedside manner makes every visit feel like we were talking to a trusted friend or family member, not just a doctor. Even as my kids have gotten older, my boys begged for him to remain their doctor because of how genuine, responsive, and attentive he is. My boys are now aged out of practice and now it's just one child that is seen at his practice. He always takes the time to listen carefully, address every concern, and still makes the effort to ask how the rest of the family was doing. That level of care and personal connection is rare. At Dr. Marriott's office, you are never just another patient to be seen. He truly sees and treats you as a whole person, and that has meant the world to our family over the years. We absolutely love Dr. Marriott and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a pediatrician who truly goes above and beyond.

We went for our first appointment and my daughter who is 18 months old was so comfortable and happy to be there, Dr. Marriott was so great with her and my newborn! As a parent I felt comfortable as well, Dr. Marriott was so easy to talk to and fully addressed and explained what was going on during the appointment and answered any questions I had, I would tell everyone with kids to come and see Dr. Marriott, we will be long term patients. Thank you for making the whole doctor visit so great for us!

I would strongly caution anyone seeking pregnancy-related care from this clinic…read more I went to the Family Foothill Clinic location in Draper because they had quick availability and I needed hCG testing in very early pregnancy. I had previous negative experiences with this location, so I was already hesitant, but I needed to be seen quickly. When scheduling, I was under the impression I was seeing an OB-GYN. I later learned that Alise Robinson is a PA-C. At my first appointment, I asked for an hCG test as well as A1C/glucose and thyroid testing. I was told that this type of testing would typically be done at a future prenatal appointment and questioned about why I would want to pay for it now. I made it clear that I was willing to pay because I wanted to understand my health and baseline levels. The testing I requested was not completed. That was my first major red flag. If a patient asks for testing, I expect a clear conversation about what is being ordered, what is not being ordered, and why. I do not expect the request to simply disappear. The very next day, I started bleeding. I called and was fortunately able to get another appointment that morning. I showed Alise photos of the bleeding and explained my concerns. I was repeatedly reassured that bleeding can be common during pregnancy and told that many of her patients bleed and go on to have healthy pregnancies. The bleeding I showed her was referred to as "spotting." I have had a period since middle school. I know the difference between spotting and bleeding. More importantly, reassurance was not what I was asking for. I wanted clear, practical information. I specifically asked when I should come back, what amount of bleeding would be concerning, what symptoms would make it urgent, and what I should expect if this was a miscarriage. I did not leave feeling like I had received clear answers. Over the weekend, I miscarried. I want to be very clear: I understand that the clinic did not cause my miscarriage. My issue is how I was treated while it was happening. I learned that my hCG had fallen, confirming the pregnancy loss, through a MyChart message. No phone call. No conversation. No opportunity to ask questions in real time. My dentist, whom I happened to see during this same period, showed me more empathy, spent more time talking through my concerns, and gave me more thoughtful information than the medical provider involved in my pregnancy-related care. I then followed up again regarding the metabolic and thyroid testing I had originally requested. My question about diabetes testing was ignored at first and I had to push again for an answer. The final interaction summed up the entire experience. I returned to the clinic for my final hCG draw. While I was waiting, Alise walked another patient through the same area. She saw me, looked away, and continued walking without acknowledging me at all. No "I'm sorry for your loss." No "How are you doing?" Nothing. Shortly afterward, I received another MyChart message. That interaction told me everything I needed to know. I am not writing this review because I experienced a miscarriage. I am writing it because of the way I was treated during one: requested testing not completed, concerns minimized through reassurance instead of being met with concrete guidance, confirmation of the loss delivered through a portal message rather than a conversation, and then being physically seen afterward without so much as an acknowledgement. Patients deserve informed, transparent, and compassionate care, especially during pregnancy loss. I would not return to this clinic, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it for early pregnancy or reproductive care.

Four months ago, I needed a time-sensitive form filled out--Granger was aware of the deadline and its importance. Not only did they fail to complete it correctly the first time, missing a crucial section, but when I asked them to fix it, it took them an entire week just to make the correction. They claimed they mailed it immediately after--but it didn't arrive until a week later. Turns out, they didn't actually send it when they said they did. The delay cost me severely, and there was no accountability on their end. On top of that, I was prescribed a mental health medication by a provider who clearly lacked full understanding of the drug. The medication resulted in a medical emergency that landed me in the hospital. This was not just negligent--it was dangerous. And perhaps most upsetting of all: during one visit, I was asked deeply private and sensitive mental health questions in front of my younger sister. Despite it being visibly uncomfortable and inappropriate, the provider continued the line of questioning loudly, without concern for my privacy or the impact it would have on my sister, who was unaware of these personal matters. It felt careless, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. Granger Medical failed me on multiple levels: paperwork, medication safety, and basic human decency. These were not small mistakes--they had lasting impacts on my health and well-being. I expected better from a medical institution. I urge others to consider this experience before trusting them with your care.
