Our room had a queen size bed and a single bed in two separate spaces so it worked out for for us since there were three of us traveling together. The room had a balcony that faced the parking lot so it was okay. We were on the 2nd floor so I felt save enough. The building security had the access doors protected by access cards so we felt safe. There is a doorman on duty until 9. The rooms were just okay. The furnature needs updating. The mattresses were not that soft and you onlu got one pillow which was about 2 inches thick. Its no courtyard hotel. our room has a single bath and kitchen. The bed was fine, it looked a little dated withthe tub which detracted from the price. The kitchen had dishes, a sink microwave and stove which would be good if we were staying more than 2 nights. Its okay for the price.

Boy was I blown away....... I prefer this type of rental vs hotel when traveling. It was about the same price as nearby hotels (that offered a lot less BTW), have a better location, less hassle and never ever underestimate having a decent sized fridge back at you place at the end of a long day. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus that allowed me to pack alot less than I would have for a 12 day trip. The skeptical part was the use of WhatsApp for all communication. I like having the option of getting someone quickly if not face to face but on the phone. But it worked perfectly. For example, one night I triggered the sauna alarm by accident and could not figure out how to shut it off. I sent a message on whats app that was answered withing 3 minutes talking me through how to cut it off. The room was modern, had a safe, washer/dryer, mini kitchen, jaccuzi tub and a sauna. Yes it was small and that is a lot of amenities packed into a tight room but it all worked. Extensive use of automation for windows, heck even the shutters made navigating the room easy. The sauna which i don't use at home was a godsend after a day of walking. it was ont he first floor so only one story of steps to navigate. The touchpad made entry into the apartment and room super easy. Sadly (I would seek this place out when traveling if they expand) this is their first one but I will be looking. I would rate this place higher if I could.

Situated right in the heart of Florence, it's perfectly positioned between Piazza della Repubblica and Palazzo Vecchio, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the major sights, restaurants, and cafés. Having lived in Florence a decade ago, it was especially meaningful for us to be able to revisit so many places we once loved--this location made that not just possible, but effortless. While it may not fit every expectation of a classic luxury stay, the convenience and charm of being so centrally located more than make up for it. Everything you want to experience in Florence is quite literally at your doorstep. MRS says .... What stood out most was the condition of the linens and bedding. Several linens had visible stains, the mattress lacked a proper cover, and the bedsheets were essentially the only barrier. Pillows were limited, and even the extra linens stored in the cabinet were stained. Towels also did not meet expectations for a property described as luxury. Additional details, such as mismatched hangers and an ironing board without proper padding (exposing the metal underneath), further reinforced the lack of attention to quality and comfort. While the apartment has a certain "museum-like" charm due to the historic setting, this should be the focus of its listing. It would be more accurate to market the property as a character-filled stay in a historic building rather than a luxury suite, as the interior amenities simply do not match that standard.

We stayed one night in this appartment and it was a very nice experience. We arrived around 11 at…read morenight at the airport and after we phoned to ask if we could walk from the central trainstation (a bus took us form the airport to the trainstation) the girl from the appartment told us it was very close to the trainstation and she would pick us up there. In the background it sounded like she was at a party.When we arrived at the trainstation we gave her another call (by this time I think it was close to midnight) and she arrived within 5 minutes to show us the way. The appartment was located right in the centre of town in an old building. The rooms were pretty simple but with a good bed and very cheap. When we asked about the noise we heard when on the phone she told us there was a multicultural festival going on and that we should come. So after refreshing ourselves a bit we went to the festival, something we wouldn't have done if she hadn't told us, and it was great! a german beer bar, Brazilian salsa bar, Tunesian Kebab stands, lots of students, good atmosphere. It was a good basic appartment with really friendly and helpfull staff showing us stuff we wouldn't have found otherwise.

Found this B&B on google maps, so we took a chance, we've stayed in several places on our Vacation…read morein Europe this year. The owner Maura was more helpful than others we stayed at. The room was small like most B&Bs in big European cities but we had a private bathroom and it had A/C which is nice in the summer, the bed gave us the best sleep we've had since our trip in the past two weeks, I believe it's a memory foam mattress and yes they put two singles together to make a traditional queen size like most B&Bs do to accommodate us Americans but at least her bed didn't keep splitting apart like at other places. We will stay here again when in Florence.
