Absolutely terrible experience at Pebbles One…read more The manager was clearly trying to get rid of us from our table despite us calmly explaining that a few more friends were about to arrive and join us. He repeatedly claimed the table was "reserved," yet when I politely asked him to show proof of the reservation, he could not provide anything at all. It became obvious that he was simply making excuses to force us out. What made the situation even worse was the attitude. He was extremely rude in a passive-aggressive way and even threatened to remove us with the police, which was completely unnecessary and unacceptable considering we had done nothing wrong. We had already spent a good amount of money there and were fully planning to continue ordering and stay longer. The following morning he was pretending to be the owner of the business, but after checking Companies House, I discovered the company is actually registered under someone else's name. That raises even more concerns about the professionalism and honesty of this place. Very disappointing experience overall. Customers should be treated with honesty and respect, especially paying customers who were behaving politely the entire time. I would happily remove or update this review if the real owner contacts me directly and is willing to have a proper conversation about what actually happened.
