I experienced a Family Constellations healing session with Liza recently. I enjoyed it thoroughly and am so grateful that such healers exist! These are the reasons I found it powerful: 1. I discovered my grandmother was carrying regret and needed closure. We released that pressure through me energetically. 2. I discovered my child was carrying ancestral beliefs that women should be suppressed. We also released that belief. 3. I have been divorced and we worked on bringing harmony to the relationship because we still coparent. 4. I cried during the session and felt very light afterwards. 5. Wow, what an experience! I had a 1-1 healing session with Liza and was blown away by the accuracy of her intuition and the deep seated healing which came out of the Constellations process. Liza facilitated an exploration of my family relationships, including going back to generational roots of trauma and unhealed emotions, and I emerged much more cognizant of things I and my family had been holding onto. With her assistance I was able to release those and do the same for family members not present. I will be returning for future sessions to explore and heal other relationships, with shadows having been lifted which I didn't even know existed. Forgiveness can be a difficult path to follow. It is difficult to "let go" and "move on" when judgments are part of the pattern, and the beliefs of how to manage it. With Family Constellations, I find it easier to connect to something deep inside, a mistaken belief, a desperation about something, and let go. I absolutely love Liza's work in family constellations. She facilitated a treatment for my son who had so much anxiety he wasn't able to function at school, or show up. It was soon apparent that my son (who was not present for the treatment) had a deeply hidden sadness about my father's passing at the subconscious level. Little signs were there, but because of my own grief, I couldn't see them. Within six weeks many situations opened up, and my son experienced a permanent shift. He is now functional at school with great grades, and many friends. I've learned about systemic and family constellations couple of years ago, in Europe. When I went to my first constellation workshop, it swept me of my feet. This experience was so profound, that it completely changed my perception of life. Being in contact with "what really is", was the answer to the question of the meaning of life. I totally recommend Liza's facilitation work to everybody, who deep down feels that "there must be something more" to the "superficial dimension" of life. I've experienced two or three family constellations and it's astonishing every time and nothing that I expected! Liza has such an amazing soul and only her presence brings peace to us. I had a very bad situation back on May of this year where My husband had a maniac attach and was hospitalized in a mental healthy hospital. He had forgotten who he was, he was hallucinating and the doctors frist diagnosed him with Bipolar disorder. Before all of this happen, he couldn't find a job and he was very depress at home all day long. After all this situation with the hospital I found Liza, and wowwww. What an amazing experience! We did the constellation and Liza was able to untangle a lot of issues on our family that had caused this situation with my husband. One month later, after the constellation, the doctor gave a second diagnostic. He had an allergic reaction to some medication he was taking and this caused the psychotic episode. My husband isn't bipolar or have any mental illness. He was under very heave medication because of the breakdown he had, and after he stops the medication he became better then what he was before. He already got a job and our life is just amazing now. Thank you very much Liza, for help me release memories that were party of my journey. Much love to you all. Family Constellations is a new concept for many and can be perceived as an unorthodox way of approaching a problem to solve. However, I believe that mental, emotional, and physical problems are more connected than not. Whether we realized how and when these issues in life get interweaven into something that results in pain and illness is only up to our realization and acceptance. What I gained from this family constellations is something I never expected to get. Certainly not something by visiting a doctor, or a counselor, or psychologist. This experience literally shook the core of unearthed feelings, fear, and misbelief about what life is really about. Your connection and your awareness of who you are and where every family member is placed in the family plays vital role in your current life. In a society where a lot of our lives move faster and faster and we often don't make the connection to the ones who lived before us, this forced me to look beyond here and now, and that past is connected to the present and inevitably connected to the future. This is the key and Liza facilitates the process in the most sensitive and effective way to take you to that place. It is a very respectful way of accepting, understanding, and moving on to a better place. You don't need to believe now.
