We even have a $40 gift card we received from one of those "Crazy Deals" promotions (basically you buy a certain item, in our case, a log splitter and they give you cash back in the form of a gift card) and ever since we have not been able to find anything we want to spend it on. Maybe we stop in because it is right next to the Shoprite that we frequent or maybe it's the circulars that keep us coming back hopeful, but other than that, not really sure why we keep coming here. Maybe that will change once the Big Lots in East Haven (near Home Depot and Boston Market) opens.

Next time you are here and find something you like, look at the price compared to many other places. It just cannot be beat. I used to, many years ago, not like TJ'S as much because it was so hit or miss. I am not saying it is still not occasionally a miss, but chances are if you take some time and look around, nine times out of ten, you will be able to find something. I like alot of sparkle in my wardrobe and notice they have increased in this way. I also purchased a lovely gold necklace and it was so affordable. I bought a handbag here..Macy's handbags are usually over 100 dollars and at TJ'S you can find a handbag for around 40. They have a pretty good selection as well. There are also some nice places to eat in the shopping center. Franco's pizza and Pasta is there and they have the best pizza in the area. King's breakfast and lunch is across the street. Really spend an hour or two and just enjoy. It's a really nice shopping experience at TJ'S.

They surprising have a lot of items crammed into this smaller location. Typically the staff is friendly, but I have had some poor experiences here.
