When I went up to the register to ask them to pull that piece of furniture I also asked to use the restroom at which point I was told I would need to exit the store and go a block down, ON MY WALKER, to another store (a meat market), that I had zero plans to purchase from. So I was told to take my walker down to the meat market to pee, not purchase anything and then come back to them to buy furniture from them...um nope!!! They got to keep their furniture and I got in my car and went to my next location where I bought several items after I used their bathroom without them complaining about it (while I was in the restroom the staff at the next place even hunted down specific pieces for me to look at - the difference in the customer service was amazing). My husband and I spend several hundred a weekend at antique stores without counting random furniture pieces (could be $500-$1,000 for those pieces) and we return to our favorites on the regular...this place never again!
