Inside the store is unorganized, unstocked empty shelves on a daily, the shelves have clothing stuffed in them, trash and items throughout the store and nobody cleans this store up and maintains it the way a store should be. Never are there enough checkout clerks for the amount of shoppers that come through, self-checkout is now limited items. I no longer go to this store, I drive to Shreveport to avoid it at all costs. If I would have sent it to the factory they would have charged me $100 or more - but it was only $10 here for a battery change! I am very happy with the courteous and fast service! Also the store was clean and nicely decorated with a nice array of jewelry displayed nicely. I found out that my old friend from high school Chuck Dowden is the owner and I would like to commend him for the great service in our small town!
