I bought a towel rack that could be installed over a cabinet door for the kitchen or bathroom. This store was about half the size of a Marshall's. The delivery guys blamed it on old parts but they were responsible for what happened. Mr. Bratton had asked my dad if he knew a plumber and his idea of fixing this was offering them free sheets ($100 value). They just purchased a high priced washing machine and now have to replace floors and walls in multiple rooms at the expense of his employees. He said he is not responsible and feels like he's done enough taking care of the plumber. Mr. Bratton, If I brought my kids into your store and they destroyed several of your displays and I said "I'll pay for one, I feel like that's enough." Better yet, here's this sign I made, it's worth $100. You would not consider that to be right considering the damage that was done. How is what you are doing to my parents right?
