I'm not sure if this business move was due to Covid or just the fact that finding anything for just simply a dollar is completely rare now and forever. Goodbye to everything a dollar store. As far as the store in particular I'm going to assume that it's absolutely brand new because not only is the parking lot cleaner than most dollar stores I've ever seen but inside the store is just as well kept. All of the isles are well organized and the bathroom is clean as well although there was no paper towels or anything to put on the toilet for if you decided to sit. The store manager should be very proud of upholding such a nice clean store. I was greeted as soon as I came in and had access to carts that were clean and nicely put away. The floor was free of debris or any kind of boxes or fire hazards. Everything was pleasant my only quarrel is everything is $1.25 now.

We had a very pleasant experience earlier this week at the store when my wife and I had some…read morearts/crafts needs and questions. Definitely not my forte, but fortunately one of the employees named Hope knew exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond in assisting us. It was more than just good customer service that we appreciated, she took our little project very seriously, had such a sweet demeanor in showing us everything we needed to complete our task. At the end, there are a couple store managers overseeing our projects completion and I could really tell that the workers in that store genuinely got along well and it spilled over into an experience that led me to search for a way to post a review. In this day and age, rare is the case where a store worker and others are truly helpful, the people in charge certainly fit that bill! As a business owner myself, I recognize talent in the workforce, folks like Hope and your managers (whose names I missed) could work for me, and I'm a tough judge of winning workers.

Luckily, I was able to find a solid bag for $7 or $8, which for someone on a budget like me, was a lifesaver! On my way to check out, I also found something else that I had been looking for - a quality, yet affordable razor! I had been looking for one of those at all of the major outlets, but hadn't been able to find one at the right combination of quality and price. Luckily, I was able to find one at Marshall's! The only reason I'm not giving five (5) stars is because there was a massive pothole right in front of the store, which could really mess your vehicle up if you aren't paying attention. I'm not sure if that's the store's fault or not, but they should really get that fixed. Your cleaning crew need to do a much better job, they are doing the store a disservice.
