Within 10 minutes of entering the store, I was able to find just the top that I was looking for! The ladies working there were outstanding! They were attentive, friendly, and 100% customer service oriented. In addition to my top, I also found two pretty pairs of earrings! To highlight their great service, they even offered me a cold bottle of water before leaving. I gladly took it and enjoyed every bit as it was extremely hot today! I would highly recommend checking out PJ's if you are in Landrum! Supporting local businesses is always good, especially when they offer such great service!

I used to work at a full line Nordstrom years ago, so I know quality when I see it. That's why I love the Rack because you can always expect good brands at better prices than you'd find at the full line store. To some people, Nordstrom Rack still feels a little pricey for a discount store, but you really have to compare it to the original full line price tags. I live in the NoDa area, and I will say this location was a bit farther out than I expected, about 25 minutes from my house. I was honestly surprised that there isn't a Nordstrom Rack closer to the city. This one is more on the outskirts, which is fine, but it does make quick trips or exchanges a little less convenient. Yes, you can return items at the full line Nordstrom, but sometimes you just want to browse and see what's new. Parking here was easy, and the store itself was clean and well organized. Coming from Houston and then Florida, I wasn't used to seeing so many coats in stock, so that actually caught my attention. They had a big winter selection, and I ended up leaving with a super cute trench coat, a puffer jacket, and a couple of other cold weather pieces since I know Charlotte winters are going to be colder. The staff was about as friendly as you'd expect at a Nordstrom Rack, but they moved quickly, and the checkout line wasn't long. Overall, this location was consistent with the other Nordstrom Racks I've been to. No surprises, just the usual dependable Rack experience. I'd definitely return.

The store was very well stocked and clean. You didn't see much on the ground from items knocked down. The items I found were priced very well. No complaints. There was so much variety here that you could spend a lot of time in this store. Upon checking out, I was greeted by a young lady. She asked me about opening a store credit card and I told her no thank you. Her demeanor changed, lol! I mean I'm sorry that I don't shop here often enough but also store credit cards are too limiting! But anywho...nice experience here and I would return.

I've passed this rather upscale ladies apparel store many times! After much consideration about what approach to take when entering here I just decided to be honest and tell the truth. A very genuinely nice lady welcomed me to the store and that sure put me at ease! I told her that I would like to take some pictures and do a Yelp review. She said that was fine. As I'm looking around the place I noticed ladies clothes that I could tell were above par. This is an upscale place on a Main Street that could pass for a Mayberry episode! There was also a jewelry case ( costume jewelry) that looked genuine! Nothing cheap or trashy looking here. I complimented the owner and told her I would tell my wife about place. I think she would like it! What a neat surprise this was! I recommend highly this store!

Also there is a loyalty rewards card offered to anyone who signs up,no credit check required. It's currently full of Halloween candy. After that it will be filled with Thanksgiving things; then Christmas and so on. This Walmart and all of the others I've seen are pressed for floor space.
