I was familiar with this store because I use to shop there when they were on North Leg. I hadn't…read morestopped in for years since then. I was in the area shopping around and saw the store. I almost wrecked trying to get over and into the parking lot of this store. I had been looking around town for plus size shorts with no luck. I wasn't paying $20 nothing for shorts that I can only wear two seasons out of the year, when I can pay $20 and up for jeans I can wear year round. The store was very organized and tidy. I was impressed by the cleanliness. I went straight to the plus size shorts and went through the various sizes and found two pair in my size and price range, one pair being a pair from Anderson Cooper's mother's line. For you non fashion people, that's Gloria Vanderbilt. She is the American designer who started the designer jean craze in America. I was amazed that her merchandise is still around. I went off to the dressing room to see if the fit was perfect. I like the fact that you can go into the dressing room without supervision and hassle. Both pair fit but one pair was missing a button at $8.99 that wasn't a big deal but I thought about it and realized that I would have to put money into a button replacement. So I let the staff know about that and they took a $1 off the price. That was fine with me. I ended up cutting a button off a Lucky Brand denim jacket I had and replacing the button, a simple fix!!! I checked out the shoe department which was pretty well stocked with fashionable shoes at good prices. The employees constantly came through and tidied up the merchandise customers took out of place. One employee even took one pair of my shorts I had set aside to buy while I was looking through the shoes and put them right back where I got them from. She actually rung me up and realized what she she did when she saw me buying them and apologized about that, but I'm wasn't mad but if cleaning is your job it's hard to see something out of place or in disarray. The checkout process was easy and I was out the door with two pair of nice shorts for a bargain. I will come back and check them out again. This was a painless shopping experience!!!

There is a great selection of all holidays and events: summer, fall, Halloween, and of course parties. The value is amazing, most everything is 1.25 but some items are listed at $3 and $5. I bought a $5 blanket and it is so big and warm! (I would say better than the Walmart $5 blankets). The employee I spoke with was so nice and polite Would definitely return

There were a few of us in line just waiting to be checked out and this lady, whom I later found out was a Manager went behind the registers and started yelling at one of the cashiers. The cashier looked as if she were working. I witnessed her running in between registers then back to the other employee at the end. I'm not sure what was going on. But, Josette the manager came back to the counter and yelled at the cashier saying I heard, you talking. Why don't you say it to my face. I'm just posting this to let all future employees know what they're going to have to face if they get a job here.

No pharmacy or vision at this location. Also, they don't sell tobacco. Yes they sell alcohol. This is a nice small market that's well clean, spacious, organized and categorized. They informed me that because I had not used it the day it was purchased they were not responsible for the card. They then informed me that someone in Florida had been using the card. I live in augusta and the card was purchased in augusta. The insinuation that I had stolen the card or someone I knew stole and was using the card was quite hurtful. This card was a gift for my anniversary I only have had the card 2 weeks. The staff was unprofessional, unkind, and unwilling to help. As a senior citizen and a veteran I am ashamed to have to be treated with such disrespect. I intend never to shop in this store again. And I feel others should avoid purchasing gift cards from their.
