Also walking around the store seeing employees slacking off standing there on their phones. I seen 4 employees all unloading one single cart of produce. That's ridiculous. I have to wait 15-20 minutes every time I need baby formula because you guys lock it up. I'll press the button 75 times yall still won't come. Now for the delivery part since I can't stand to go into your store anymore. It's a garbage system and it would probably work better if the 50 employees diddle daddling inside helped. I've done it three times now, each time being sat there for well over the hours I was chose. For example: tonight I scheduled my pick up to be between 7-8. I left at 8:05 with no pick up order at all, not to mention I couldn't even sign in to give you the number I was at because your faulty app didn't work. So then I tried to call! And I got sent to a computer, afterwards it just immediately telling me the messages were full and said goodbye and hung up on me. I get home, and get a text at 8:45 saying I can now go pick up my order. It's crazy you guys denied my application back when I was in high school because I didn't pass your useless survey. I'd run laps around all of your employees. Seems to be a laziness survey, makes sense why I didn't pass it. Sad business, bad business, could be better but won't. Got one guy running carts to pick ups but you have 3 greeters at each door just standing there, makes sense. Would rather shop on Black Friday anywhere else any day then ever go there again.

Smart idea for mall estetics, even though I didn't browse any stores other then Shoe Dept Encore and Jcpenny. Large mall with plenty of stores, restaurants and enough to do. So, I placed a new order to pick up at the store. Now, they have shipped the order and I will not receive the items for another week or so. I cannot cancel the order now evidently.
