I arrived for my appointment, Carrie informed me I was 10 minutes late...very rudely in front of the other SVS staff and all the customers in the showroom. We proceeded to the exam room where I once again apologized for being late and once again she demoralized me and didn't accept my apology. Yes in front of SVS employees. Note...
