When I was looking for an intervention company for my loved one, I reached out to a few. Family First was the most responsive and most professional. They were the only intervention company that reassured me that they would counsel me and guide me even after we got our loved one to treatment which is exactly what they did. We met with them for a weekly zoom call and we were guided as to what to do in order to keep our loved one in treatment. The literature and their guidance we can say help to save our loved ones life. They have been instrumental in getting our loved one to treatment which was half of the battle and keeping him in there for the second part of this without Family First. I don't believe we could have gotten our loved one to treatment and got him to complete his program as well. The treatment center that they recommended was absolutely wonderful. Any business owner knows that Yelp promotes negative reviews. When you pay Yelp money they bury the reviews. if you go into our photo's you will see screenshots from Yelp to me saying there are three reviews they will not display. All 3 reviews not displayed are 5 star reviews. Family First Intervention does not have one negative review anywhere on any platform written by a family that used our services. The only negative reviews we have after 18 years are written by the addict or alcoholic who either said no at the intervention or said yes and left treatment early and relapsed. Every negative review written by the addict or alcoholic is a 5 star review from us to their family. When the family stands up to the addiction and gets better, the addict or alcoholic gets mad. We thank every family for any one star review we receive from their loved one because it means they have said yes to themselves and no to their loved one. read more

My family needed someone and we had no clue where to start. We called FF and the person on the other end of the phone was amazing. She made us feel that we were in great hands. When our interventionist got there she coached us through about a 6 hour session, educating us on addiction. Then we done the intervention the following day. All though our family member did not accept help that day, they did about 2 weeks later. During that time FF coached us on exactly what to do. There is no way we could have made it through such a stressful process without their guidance. Their aftercare program is great. Thank you Andrew and Mike for helping our family. Family First Intervention is top notch. They go beyond intervention services for "just' the addict. This organization treats the whole family with after care and Family Recovery Coaching. You get to meet with your counselor weekly and they also offer professionally lead groups 4 days a week to family and friends. I would highly recommend their services. I have come to learn that when the family makes meaningful changes, so will the addict/alcoholic. I have seen this firsthand working with clients that have been referred to treatment where I have worked. Families of these clients are always more engaged and understand the need to enter into their own program of recovery. read more
