Because someone didn't feel like doing her job that day, then tells a completely different version to managers?? Whatever happened to customer service?? I called the next morning during a free moment and asked if they had closed early and was told by a clinic employee that the phone system automatically goes to "we're closed please call back tomorrow" messaging service every day at 4:30 and since there is no direct line to the office, they are essentially closed for the day at 4:30pm. This is very inconvenient and misleading for people that work until 5pm and are unable to call in what are during this clinic's actual business hours.

I went to pick them a week and half ago ago when I received an email they were in. No one in the office knew anything about it. So, they said they would get them ordered. Well, I still don't have them and now will run out of my very high prescription contacts before my new ones will come in. I have called to speak to someone, but they never answer the phone. Glasses do not work for me. I will be unable to work or drive without my contacts.

Dr. Davis was very clear on what she saw in xrays and didn't try to up-sell me on braces or teeth whitening (the sorts of things other dentists have done). She answered my questions without seeming to be rushed. The cleaning with Aris was the best cleaning that I've had in 50+ years of visiting the dentist. I've had some weird cleaning experiences (hygienists setting tools on my chest; jabbering away and oversharing; leaving water running out my mouth and down my neck; poking me with sharp tools accidentally). They consistently provide kind personal service far above other COMO dentists in a peaceful clean atmosphere. They take time to educate. I've learned so much from cleanings how to improve at home. The prices are the most reasonable in town. Insurance details are explained in an easy to understand manner. When I had no insurance and paid for the root canal out of pocket our agreed upon payment plan was fair and do-able. I have been pleased to return for each appt for 27 years now. So I've had many appts for myself and four children with Dr. Rooney and Dr. Lynn Miller (retired 2 years ago) and their amazing hygienists, scheduling staff and insurance experts. Trust me, they are the BEST. I am picky and would have left in a heartbeat if their service was lacking in any way. However, the Miller dental office stated my tooth was dirty and without any discussion with me about the price and bill. A month later, I got a surprise bill that said this cleaning was out of package of my insurance. I had no choice but to pay this bill. The Miller tried to let me go there for cleaning another time but still tried to bill me the same price as my first time. I rejected and changed to another dental office a few months later, and this office said my teeth were healthy and clean, and cleaning was fully covered by my insurance this time. Therefore, I realized that the Miller just hurt my insurance benefits.
