It's clear that he is waiting for his installation warranty to expire after getting your money! Unprofessional ass! Steer clear! Expecting either a long wait for service or the bad news of having to replace our air conditioner, we were delighted to have Brandon stop over within 30 minutes of our call, diagnose and replace a failed capacitor, and head on his way within 15 minutes. There was no sticker shock-- his price and honesty will have us returning to him for regular service and telling our friends about him. In fact, he will be heading over later to give a "second opinion" to a friend who has just bought her first home and who has been told she needs a new air conditioner for $8,000.
