Meg is charming, and she is an absolute delight to work with. She and I spent a lot of time on the phone, asking and answering questions; and she familiarized me with the way in which Stone Arch handles estate planning. Meg was extremely helpful, and I went to my initial meeting with Rory feeling very well-prepared. The Stone Arch website states: "It is Meg's mission to make sure every client has an exceptional experience!" Meg, without a doubt, does that - and then some! Upon meeting with Rory, I knew almost immediately that I had selected the right attorney! Rory is perceptive, approachable, down to earth, and knowledgeable; and he effectively combines those qualities with a strong sense of professionalism. Rory is thorough to a fault, and he is clearly an expert in his field. I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with him. A review of Stone Arch would not be complete without giving a "hats off" to Legal Assistant Kat Gehrke, who works in the front office. Kat answered the phone the second time I called, and I immediately felt like I was talking to an old friend. Kat is warm, upbeat, and accommodating, and I believe she is in a perfect position to make new or prospective clients feel very much at home as she welcomes them to the office. I can't imagine working with an estate planning firm other than Stone Arch Law Office. The office really is the complete package, and if you're thinking about creating a will or a trust, about making sure your future heirs and assets are protected, and/or about delving into any other areas of estate planning, I strongly recommend you contact Stone Arch before going any further. I was upset because she would take for ever to respond. When I offered my opinion on something she rudely responded how it was a bad idea. Once when she would not respond I talked to one of the other partners, Adam and he was not helpful. The service from this firm is terrible. Most recently I was trying to get Mallory to respond and she would not so I sent emails to others in the firm. She got mad about that and told me she would get to me when she could. 6 weeks later and no response. If they no longer wanted to represent me, they could have just said so. I have worked with numerous attorneys through out my years and never had another that was so rude. Look elsewhere for your legal needs.
