[[HIGHLIGHT]]I've gone to this office a couple of times and felt like Dr. Uraizee really listened and was caring[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but I don't know if they provide the best level of care or follow through. After I went to the hospital for stomach pain and came in to review my cat scan, they were at a loss for what could've caused the pain. There was really no follow up or treatment plan suggested. I also recently called when I was super sick and asked if I could come in and get tested for strep and mono and they said they don't do that there and to go to an urgent care. I'm very confused by a doctor's office that doesn't have the basic tests available to diagnose illnesses - It seems like this would be an integral part of the job. The last thing Is that they told me they could do an in-house breast ultra sound with their technician because I had had some irregular results in the past and didn't want to go all the way to Beverly Hills to see my regular breast doctor. But, I never received the results from this. While the bedside manner is lovely, the actual execution of effective medicine is yet to be seen. read more

There is not enough nice things I can say about Dr. Faisal, Uraizee!! I had my very first visit with him as my new primary doctor a couple of weeks ago and I have to say that all of the positive reviews are indeed true! Had my very first appointment with Montrose Medical Group and I had a GREAT experience. I went on a weekday morning so I was in and out within just 45minutes! Main reason why I HATE going to doctor's offices is the ridiculous wait time (with my old PCP, I'd wait 3 hours and she'll be in a rush and spend only 5mins with me). I also LOVE that they're open 6 days a week! With Dr. Faisal, he took time to get to know me and then actively listened to my health concerns. He was taking notes to make sure he wouldn't miss a thing. I love how he really communicates with the patients and involves the patients with the plan and not just handing out a prescription of medication or diagnostic tests. He makes sure that you're comfortable with his plan. He was not in a rush so I was able to ask all my questions. We need more doctors like him. Respectful, genuine, friendly, and humble. The medical assistant Jennifer was also nice. She was helpful with answering all my questions and was quick to respond when I needed them to fix a minor thing on my prescription. read more

I've had the pleasure to be seen by both Dr.Uraizee(s). Such a kind batch of brothers! They are very attentive and very thorough. I appreciate their willingness to explain the anatomy of things, and where my issue might lie. The staff at the office is also very friendly and easy to talk to! I've had no issues getting appointments or in their communications. I've been able to get seen within a week of calling which is nice! Called in for a last minute appointment as I was having stomach pain. Hannah at the front desk was able to slot me into a same day appointment and was nice and professional. Dr.Uraizee has excellent bedside manner and I didn't feel rushed at any point during the appointment. I waited to post my review until my follow follow up, and I was not disappointed. Their office provided clear communication throughout the follow up process. And once on the phone, Dr.Uraizee went over my results thoroughly to ensure I understood what it meant. One caveat is that this is a small doctors office which means you may need to go to 3rd parties to draw blood/run tests. But you get a doctor that doesn't rush you out the door, actually follows up on the date/time, and parking is convenient/free. read more

Dr. Uraizee is an excellent physician who has a real interest in his patients and provides compassionate care an individual needs. He's located at the Montrose medical group in Montrose, Ca. next to Trader Joe's. I have been searching for the hope to find a true blue excellent doctor. Now I have, and I know my life will be in good shape for once. I am a graduate from the University of Southern California since 2020 and I haven't been able to get my life on track without a decent doctor. I almost gave up trying to find a real doctor that is not corrupt or incompetent. My neighbor is joining asap because she sees the proof and difference in my life. I'm so thankful that I have struck gold. A good doctor can and does make all the difference, this doctor and his twin brother are great doctors. Thanks be to God! I am looking towards the future for once. What a relief after going through several bad (terrible) doctors for the past three years. The medical board does nothing to restore the healthcare system, I feel has collapsed. The silver lining is that a medical board or a poor medical system can still be overcome by finding one good doctor in a pile of bad ones. Dr. Faisal is by far the BEEEST Dr. I have EVER had In my entire life hands down without a doubt! I just happened to randomly find them online too & was kinda nervous at first to see how they treated there patients, but they exceeded all my expectations & more! Idk maybe because of them being very busy of course. Some of them just seemed somewhat "lazy/mediocre" when it came to Dr. to patient care, treatment plans. Faisal and Akram Uraizee are the most caring, compassionate and helpful doctors I have ever visited! When going to kaiser, and other hospitals we would always feel rushed and as if I was just another number. When my wife had severe musculoskeletal pain our Kaiser doctor simply suggested we take tylenol/advil with no regard to the side effects or her history of ulcers/tumors.
