Staff in person visit, they are nice but if you die you can not reach them Over the phone. I called over 50 times today and couldn't get throw. No one answered the phone. I am going to give 5 star for doctor but 0 star for clinic staff being unprofessional. The clinic is not even that busy. They never answered the phones. read more

I was a patient here from March to July 2026 and I spent those four months doing the office's follow-up work for them. It started with a prescription that never made it to my pharmacy. I messaged through the portal, nothing. Messaged again, got told it was sent (it wasn't, it filled only after I called and sat on hold). Then a medical device the doctor ordered never shipped. When I called about that weeks later, the explanation was that a fax must not have gone through. Then I came in for a follow-up blood test the doctor himself asked for, and could not get the results out of them for almost a month. Two portal messages, no reply. When I finally reached a human she told me the results were fine and that was that. The doctor who ordered the test never called. A pharmacy refill later sat waiting on their approval until, again, I called. Every one of those calls meant 20 or so minutes on hold. At one point the front desk had a different doctor listed in my file, which maybe explains some of it. I was eventually promised a call from the doctor about the whole pattern. The call never happened. The part that actually worried me came later: I requested my complete record and found that things he had told me in person, including a test result and his recommendation for it, were nowhere in my chart. I had to file a formal amendment request to get my own medical record to say what my own doctor said. I'll be fair where it's due, the clinical judgment itself seemed reasonable, and staff were polite whenever I got through. But polite doesn't refill a prescription or return a message. If you don't mind personally tracking every order and result and calling to make sure each one happens, you might be okay here. I moved my care elsewhere. read more

I'm actually saddened to leave this review because Dr. Minasian is a great doctor, but after having my last 3 appointments in a row canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, I will be finding new providers effective this week. The first time this happened with my annual physical was frustrating enough. I booked the appointment 3 months in advance only to be called a couple days before my appointment and told my doctor wouldn't be available due to Doctors' Appreciation Week or something. I was annoyed but said okay and rescheduled, only for me to get a few days out from the rescheduled appointment and get a call that the office needed to reschedule once again. At this point, I was really irritated because I was now taking time off from work to get to these appointments and the last-minute cancellations were costing me both time and money. I expressed my discontent with the person calling and suddenly, they were able to get me in the same week. This last appointment was an OB-GYN appointment. Same setup: I booked months in advance but decided to move my appointment up sooner from November to October. I receive a call *the day before the appointment* cancelling it because now my doctor only sees "established patients". Mind you, the booking site allowed me to create this appointment with her with no issue and I've worked with this provider for the last two years. Not sure how much longer it takes to qualify as an "established patient," but okay. A healthcare practice that actively disregards the time, schedules, and appointments of its patients and continuously cancels and reschedules patient appointments while offering insincere, half-hearted apologies at best is not a practice I want to be a part of. It's rude, tacky, and unprofessional. Once again, I'm not happy to leave this review because Dr. Minasian was wonderful to work with, but this has been too frustrating to continue dealing with. On several occasions, I have harassed them for prescription refills, and they take many days to get to it. I had a positive in-person experience with NP-C Karmen Vardanyan, but follow-up care was extremely concerning. Two weeks passed without any communication regarding my lab work. After two days of trying to reach the office (which was very difficult to contact), I finally received a callback and my test results were uploaded to my portal. I was also assured that Nurse Vardanyan would call me to review the results, but I never received that call. Thankfully, I had a follow-up appointment with my gynecologist, who had access to my results and informed me that they were abnormal. Had I not seen my gynecologist, I would not have known about my results or received treatment. While the provider was kind during the visit, the lack of communication and follow-up regarding important medical results made me lose confidence in the practice. read more

I want to take a moment and praise Elevate for their dedication to their clientele. I personally have been to the office for IV therapy several times. The office is very well run. They are always courteous and friendly, and very accommodating. Elevate offers services that are current vs. the care that I get at other offices. Now, I'd like to also mention, I have also taken my mother there for NAD + IV treatments. This is a service/treatment that I have personally looked into, and wanted my mother to take advantage of. She has been to the office once a week for several weeks to received the treatments. She also has been treated very well, and has always had a pleasant experience. It is still early to tell the total effects of the treatment, but I have seen some improvements so far. I am looking forward to witnessing the benefits of the NAD treatments on her. I would most definitely make sure to have Alina administer your IVs, because let me tell you, she literally is the best at venipuncture. Other nurses always have problems finding my vein, and always bruise me, but Alina has the hand of gold! Not even a single bruise! Overall, if you are looking for a friendly, accommodating, and pleasant office, I recommend going to Elevate. read more

I used to see Dr. Akopian when she practiced somewhere else and I'm so glad I found her again. However, I can't get an appointment with her. The AI answering system is frustrating and a waste of time. I went through all the questions for it to say at the end that she doesn't handle new patient visits and couldn't get through to a live person. I called last year and something similar happened except the live person said she wasn't accepting new patients and didn't know when she would be again. Now I'm not sure if she doesn't handle new patient visits or isn't accepting new patients. Would be nice to get some answers! read more

I was forced to leave my previous doctor who was great, because I changed insurers as a result of getting health insurance through work. The location of Elevate is well decorated but there are several things that are problematic. 1) I can never see my doctor without booking an appointment 3 month's in advance. I have been able to see a nurse practitioner at short notice but the last time I went in, I was asked if I wanted them to test me for covid & flu BUT was not told that a test I could've done for free at home was going to cost THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! I cannot get through to anyone in billing to talk to them about this extortionate charge & they don't return my calls. 2) Their A.I. voice on their automated phone service is infuriating as the last time I called I got trapped in a loop of being asked what I wanted & then being told to hold to be connected to a real person, only to end up back with the first question from the AI voice. 3) The venue's glossy appearance & 'hip' young receptionists are all very well but I need a doctor's office where I can trust I'm not going to be robbed with a charge of $130-$150 for a test that costs $8.99 at CVS. My primary care doctor is located here and I cannot ever reach the front desk to make an appointment, and their online system doesn't allow me to book, so I quite literally cannot see my primary care doctor unless I were to drive over in person just to book an appointment. I went in for a routine physical and I was most certainly impressed. The entire staff was courteous. I didn't have to wait around 30min-1 hour like other offices. The nurses were all so polite. And guess what? They were smiling. What a huge relief. They answered all my questions patiently and without rushing me. I even discovered that Dr. Tovmassian offers a concierge service. Elevate Health Group has a bright and clean office with practitioners who seem to care about your overall health, but their communication from both the office staff and practitioners is disappointing and lacking. I started off coming here for a general annual, which instead transitioned into an appointment discussing a general health issue I was having. I thought that appointment was very positive so scheduled a follow-up exam for the next week for an actual annual exam. By the time of my second visit, I hadn't received my test results back which I didn't think was too abnormal, and my doctor went over them before doing the annual. Cool, no issues. I never received my annual results - I had to call the office before hearing that everything was normal, but I still wanted my full blood work. It took over a month for them to send it to me. Also, I learned that several tests were added on that were not covered in the exam,adding up to an extra $100 in what normally would be a free exam. I felt misled. The last negative visit was coming back for a well-woman exam. I called in advance to ask if they performed them and was assured there were practitioners who did. But when I actually arrived, it was my same GP who said all she could do is take a Pap smear. Once again, I did not receive my results until I called. They made me schedule a telehealth appointment, don't give you an actual time for the call (so I had to drop out of an important meeting), was only on the phone for 2 minutes, and was charged 3X what I'd previously paid for other office visits because of how it was filed with my insurance. I've never had an office charge for communicating Pap smear results, so this left a bad taste in my mouth. The only good thing that came out of these visits is I was referred to an excellent gynecologist, but they could have just done that from the get-go when I asked about the well-women's exam. Today is Friday July 4th and yesterday, I had an appointment with my new physician, Dr. Manvel Kondrodzhyan, M.D.,(the staff, warmly refers to him as Dr. K.). The visit took place at his office in Glendale, California, the Elevate Health Group. The office is very clean and neat and welcoming, there's cold bottleed water and a coffee maker if you desire it. There's also a very large big screen TV that had calming ocean views.I use a walker and before I even enter the office a kind young man by the name of Arman, assisted me by opening the door; then I met David, who was very sweet as he checked me in, at that time, I also met Diana, she was nice. Melanie was the medical assistant who escorted me to exam room six. As, Melanie, took my vitals I found her to be very personable and professional. She also assisted me with my documents, she's a very sweet young lady. However, the best part of my visit was when Dr. Kondradzhyan, (Dr. K) walked into the room. All I can say is, Dr. K. is amazing, as soon as he came into the room, he warmly introduced himself and with a smile. I'm very pleased and impressed with the amount of time he spent listening and talking to me. He took the time to look over the documents, which I provided. I was nervous about the visit, as he was a new doctor to me, however, Dr. K., made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He is extremely knowledgeable. He filled all of my overdue medications. After examining me and looking over my lab work, he was able to assess some of my current and future needs. All in all, I was not disappointed with Dr. K., or his incredibly kind staff, the visit was an excellent success. I look forward to my next appointment and hope that it'll be just as much a positive experience as my first visit. read more

Got zero apology, and then a $145 bill 4 months after the test. Called to get an explanation and they said they'd call me back immediately and never did. I am hesitant to even write this review because I had a great experience in person. 5 stars for customer service. Nurse Karmen was fantastic and extremely thorough. She listened to my concerns, took meticulous notes, and updated my portal with all that we discussed. However, it is next to impossible to get a hold of someone in that office. 0 stars. No one answers the phone. I had an MRI 4 weeks ago and had to call them to get my results?!? Unacceptable. I was told my results would be in in 4-5 days, so I called Elevate on day 7 since I hadn't heard anything. The woman working the front desk read me my results like it was some casual affair. She was very nice, but not qualified to answer any of my questions. After our call is when my online portal was updated with my results. I called back a week later and left a message to speak to Nurse Karmen, because she is the person I was initially dealing with. I was told someone would be calling me back to answer my follow up questions. It's been two weeks and no one has called me. I just called again, but got sent to voicemail.
