Brought my child in for their school physical as she was being seen I was asked if I also wanted to sports physical to which I said yes. However, I was only given her sports physical and not the medical physical. Upon calling, and asking for them to give medical part I was accused of telling them that they were lying that the only thing I came in for was a sports physical. The provider continue to argue with me and told me then that he was the owner of the practice. And then I was accusing not only of him lying, but also his wife, who is supposedly the nurse or medical assistant. The state license is registered with FRANK SEIPP. All I requested is for the medical part of the appointment and I was told I would need to pay for a new appointment. THIS WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! read more

I actually use the Washington location but I was unable to find it on here. This is a great place for those who don't have insurance. I don't have insurance and I had a very itchy rash. At first I thought it would surely go away on its own but it didn't. It lasted for months and I decided to go get it checked out. I was referred by a family friend to Family Quick Care, she said it was very affordable. My exam was only 48 dollars, and I was in and out in not even 20 minutes. This place is a lifesaver. Great Place! I had the flu but didn't have any insurance so couldn't go to a doctor. The flu turned into a sinus infection. A friend referred me here so I went in and 15 minutes later I had been diagnosed and had a prescription submitted to the Pharmacy. The Nurse Practitioner was awesome and it was only $39.00. Fantastic, speedy and efficient service! My 2 year old, 4 year old, and I are all sick. We came to Family Quick Care in Peoria today (black friday no less) and all three of us had been seen, diagnosed, and received prescriptions in thirty minutes. The provider was great with my kids and kept them both smiling and happy while doing the necessary exams and found time to really explain and reassure everyone about what was going on. Even if I had insurance, the out of pocket cost for this place is only a little more than a copay and I don't spend half as much time waiting as I normally spend at the primary care offices. read more

I've gone here twice over the past 3 years. Basically you check in, they see you right away (I think one of the times I waited 5-10 mins), they look at you, tell you what's wrong, and then you're on your way to the pharmacy. I went in with a sinus infection and the second time was strep throat. The guy didn't even make me get/pay for a strep test because he knew right away from looking at me that I had strep. Each visit took maybe 20-30 minutes. I was sick recently, and needed to go to an urgent care when they weren't open. I wish I had gone when they were open, because my experience at the other urgent care was not as good as here! read more
