Upon calling, and asking for them to give medical part I was accused of telling them that they were lying that the only thing I came in for was a sports physical. The provider continue to argue with me and told me then that he was the owner of the practice. And then I was accusing not only of him lying, but also his wife, who is supposedly the nurse or medical assistant. The state license is registered with FRANK SEIPP. All I requested is for the medical part of the appointment and I was told I would need to pay for a new appointment. THIS WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

And they were higher than the average care for my procedure in this area by more than $200 by the medical blue book. Charged as a new patient even though the doctor had done a prior surgery a few years back. Don't use this place. There are competent facilities in the area that are by far more competent in billing.

This place is terrible. I came in one day with symptoms of a broken thumb. It was about 45 min…read morebefore they close and they said they were not accepting any more people for the day. I left work early the following afternoon and got there around 3 pm. At 5 pm I still did not get to see a doctor although they did not seem to have too many people waiting. When I complained to the doctor she said this was not bad because usually they are up to 4 hours behind. This is not good service. Next time I am going somewhere else.

Always arrive early for your appointment or you run the risk of being rescheduled. And we are not talking same-day rescheduling or same-week rescheduling. You probably will not get in until the following week. Now, always have your state ID with you, applicable medical cards, and cash or credit for payment (1.5% surcharge for credit card?). Fill out the paperwork and prepare to wait well past your appointment time. At least a half hour wait time is common so clear your day. The nurses are nice enough. Just make sure you do not use the restroom 2 hours before your appointment time if you need to do a urine sample. Information pertaining to immunizations, diseases, and contraception, and sexual health are available.
