From the first call to the consultation, the infusions, and the aftercare, my experience with Forward Ketamine has been amazing. They took the time to explain what to expect, discussed my treatment and results before each infusion, and remembered what I told them the next time I came in. They told me up front that I may not see improvement until after 3 to 5 infusions, so I wasn't disappointed when I didn't see a miracle after infusion #1. Rather than telling me what I have to do, or just piling on more meds, as many psychiatrists will do to cover up their lack of clinical ability. The office experience is ok, but I'm a little puzzled by the fact that one part of their office is separated from the other part, which requires you to find the second part. Odd arrangement.
