Our daughter was in a space of hopeless and despair, and our hearts were breaking. At sixteen, she had treatment-resistant severe depression and suicidality. As a teaser - the wallpaper in the bathrooms manages to be simultaneously elegant, humorous, and hip! Forward Ketamine arranges the schedule to maximize staff availability to support clients and for client privacy. There are five treatment rooms and, at any given time, we knew that other folks were behind the closed doors. However, the staggered appointment times meant that we received focused and indiviudalized attention. Also, the scheduling granted us privacy and space to ourselves during transition to and from the treatment room. Third, Forward Ketamine follows the research-based protocol for IV ketamine infusions. Staff worked with us upfront to schedule six treatments within a two week period. For follow-up, they worked with us on how to identify the cadence for treatments, which can range from monthly to none/just-in-time. Given our daughter's age and low weight, we appreciated staff's medical expertise in adjusting the dosage. Finally, Forward Ketamine offers ketamine therapy at a price-point that was at the lower end of the pricing continuum.
