Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.

He returned my call within minutes and an hour later ,on a Saturday, was in my driveway. He was able to get up there and secure the trunk with rope until he could return with his lift truck to put in new cabling in the appropriate spot.
