Just cut trees and either pushed them into a space or left them where they fell. All while not even caring about the environment around them. They even dropped trees/branches on my cable and telephone line (Thank God I don't use them) and then just left the wires laying on my yard and left for good. 1 star for actually cutting some trees down, but it's hard to give any type of positivity to this review with what I have to deal with now.

Based on about a year and a half of trying to work with them, communicating with them is extremely slow and frustrating. They are very bad at managing and communicating schedules. Last January they took down a very large tree in a very visible location in our yard. They had to take down part of an adjacent hedge to access the tree, which I understand, but they did discuss it with us ahead of time. After the fact, they told us verbally that they would replace the shrub. After 9 months and many, many attempts to follow up with them, they have not replaced the shrub.

This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! Her crew did a surface clean for sure, but upon arrival and inspection, the place was a disaster. Window sills and blinds were dirty and hadn't even been touched (dead bug on the sills), screens were covered in dirt and dust, AC and range filters were filthy, and there was a substantial amount of dirt and grime around the sink and on the back of the countertops. It took two of us four half days of consistent labor to take care of these issues. After informing her of these issues, she stopped responding to my requests for a partial refund.
