I had a horrible experience with this clinic, worst in my life, and I do not understand how such a practice could survive, possibly we are really in short of family doctors. It is OK when I first called. The lady was nice and very easy to make appointment(this is actually a big red flag, because all the other family doctors are pretty busy). When arrive, big letters of "We are moving" on windows, another big red flag. They will make one simple visit two or three times, so they could continue to charge you. Anyway, the equipment's were broken here, the assistant are not experienced, they even had difficulties measuring my blood pressure. and then they messed our records again and again, place extra charges and threatening you when you asked questions on the bills. read more

Great doctors! I am a patient of one of the docs, Juliane Hochstadt. She has been the most thorough and complete physician I have ever had. She has helped me with some seasonal cold and flue stuff and also in finding a solution to a chronic syndrome I suffer from. They are all very well versed in homeopathic and "alternative" therapies but are not scared to call in traditional medicine if need be. In my experience, most practices are all one or the other and hold the other in contempt. For what it is worth, I know that the office staff has been under a bit of an overhaul the past few months. I will no longer support or go to Family Wellness center. A wonderful amazing woman no long works here. Juliane Everest is the only doctor that would listen and care about my family and my own health. She is the only reason why I would go here and refer my friends and family. I can't wait to find out where she will be working after recovery. What I do know is Family Wellness Center lost not just my business but all my friends and family and future referral. Dr Dornfeld is a great extremely knowledgeable Doctor. He treats both of my children and is helping them to recover.

Dr. Dornfeld is a very Lyme Literate doctor (LLMD) and an amazing osteopath. He is not your typical "prescription pad-happy" doctor. The facility has a very middle-of-the-road approach to health between alternative treatments and pharmaceuticals that is hard to find. They offer intravenous treatments that very few facilities have, and at very reasonably prices. The staff is so kind, compassionate, and amazing which is a big ticket item when you're suffering from something like chronic like Lyme Disease, cancer, etc. This place has been essential in my recovery from Lyme! read more

Dr. Dornfeld has got to be the best doctor I've ever been to. He's treated me for my Lyme disease with a variety of traditional and alternative therapies and we've had great results. Dr. Dornfeld takes a personal interest in his patients. I've never felt rushed or intimidated as I have with other doctors. An amazing, caring and friendly staff rounds out the experience. If I've got to be ill, let it be at Family Wellness -- a truly unique experience. Thanks to the entire staff for giving me back my life. I like D.O doctors- I prefer D.O'd , but this place is ran horribly. From the moment I check in, until I speak to the D.O it's about 1hr to 1 1/2hr. I have walked out twice before seeing the Doc. It has been a common routine to be here for more than 2hrs for a regular visit. My wife comes here to and has the same experience. I will have to find another D.O soon. I will drive far if I have to. I do not recommend this place. read more

This is the first doctor (Julie Hochstadt) that looked into other areas and dug deeper to find a reason behind my sons stomach aches, which he has had since age 5 (now age 11). These stomach aches have been a mystery for 6+ years. No doctor ever found anything or gave us any helpful information to move forward with. After lots of tests, blood work, and an endoscopy and then ruling out many of the common things that would cause such stomach pain I was given a list of psychiatrist names. -_- That wasn't good enough. At Family Wellness Center, they did testing no other doctor ever did and found things no other doctor ever found. We aren't out of the woods yet as these visits were very recent, but we are following their orders and recommendations for treatment and are feeling very optimistic. :) read more

The doctors are nothing short Of amazing. The office manager doesn't seem to have wrapped her arms around running the office efficiently. Paperwork is chronically late, wait times are really high. The vitamin store inside is run by John, from what I can see, and he is dishonest. I would stay away from him. The rest of the staff are really quite lovely and they are always sweet to my grand daughter, which is a plus in my book. read more

Went to new doctor but still haven't received file from the old Dr. They told us that put it in the mail ten days ago new doctor hasn't received it yet. Julie Hochstad is excellent and treats me for thyroid disease. She is an excellent and caring Dr. The office on the other hand, in my opinion, is mismanaged and confusing to get answers from. I just want to thank Dr Dornfeld for all he has done for me .I was seeing him for bio-identical hormone therapy and chelation therapy and was satisfied with the results . But then I started suffering with depression . I went back to see Dr Dornfeld , It turns out I was not following all his recommended vitamin therapy . He does know best . Instead of putting me on a prescription drug for depression he adjusted my vitamins and added to what I was already taking .Within 5 days I could see I was getting back to my old self. This office is by far the worst experience my family and I have ever encountered!! Let's start by the extremely rude and disrespectful office staff!! They have no compassion, no manners and do not know the first thing about professionalism! They speak about your private health information in front of other people in the waiting room! The nurse had her cell phone out while she was hooking me up to the heart monitor and said " oh sorry, I was just waiting for a call!" Not ethical at ALL when I have my shirt off hooked up to a heart monitor! How do I know she wasn't taking pictures. Sick people in this office!!!! If that wasn't enough, they caused a big problem for my husband who had heart issues and they refused to give the doctor his phone calls. They also made him wait 2 hours for bloodwork after fasting all night! Upon many, many others unprofessional things they did they had the nerve to send false charges even after they were paid by the insurance company!! The Doctors don't care and do nothing about it! Dr Dornfeld and Odell are unbelievable! I've been seeing Dr Dornfeld for 19 years on and off. He was the first doctor to accurately diagnose me with Lyme Disease. I saw 5 doctors prior to going back to Dr Dornfeld because of my insurance, all who misdiagnosed me for months. He and Dr Odell are excellent Lyme Literate doctors that focus on natural remedies in conjunction to pharmaceuticals. He recommended HBOT therapy and a strict vitamin + dietary regimen that I believe fastracked my recovery. I recommend Dr Dornfeld and his staff to everyone I know. The doctors are attentive, and aren't looking to just give you a pill for everything. There is an awareness of alternative medical practices, including DAN for children with autism. TERRIBLE!! I am a new patient and they made me wait over an hour before Dr. Zimmerman came in to see me. If I was late, they would have charged me anyway for the visit. But they made me wait for OVER AN HOUR in a tiny little waiting room, all alone, with no reason for their tardiness. Why would I trust this place with my health? NEVER AGAIN! I made an appointment a month ago...I told the receptionist my insurance and was given an appointment for today. I was called and asked to come in a half earlier which I agreed. I also had to download all the new patient forms at home to make for the office convience ( timing for the office) when I gave the forms and my insurance card when I arrived for my appointment I was told the specific doctor did not participate (another doctor in the practice is a particate) I could be seen but would have to pay pending the visit outcome (cost pending what the Dr. Ordered) I left work an hour early for this appointment loosing an hour pay.
