We went there a number of times while my niece was hospitalized. They are a tiny store, but they carried everything we needed. Service is friendly. The store is really messy and crowded though. I think because the square footage of the store is so limited, they do not have room for everything. They do not have all the stuff you find in American 7-Eleven stores, but that is fine with me. The lights changed colors and reminded me of the northern lights. The entire decor was white and felt like I had been teleported away from the sweltering summer heat to someplace very cold and comfortable. I ordered the halo halo which was absolutely exquisite. The flavors and textures from the exotic ube and sweet milk snow combo, along with the jackfruit and cornflakes, blended perfectly together. I also got to try the chocolate which was exceptional as well. Overall, I would recommend anyone to check out Snowbowls if they are looking for a one-of-a-kind dessert place!

Sadly, they do not serve pizzas before 5pm, so I settled for salmon carbonara pasta which was a joke! At first I thought there wasn't any salmon until I saw a couple of itty-bitty small pieces in the sauce lol. I could count on my hand how many of those I saw. Another disappointing thing was that you can't buy a glass of wine; you must buy a whole bottle. I did not. I originally came for pizza and wine and had mushroom pasta and water. Not good for solo individuals.

The restaurant is set back in a lunch garden across a small pool from a dessert spot. We were greeted and accommodated despite not having a reservation. The ambience of the restaurant was beautiful - modern yet cozy. The restrooms were clean and the servers very polite and attentive. The food was delicious. My friend ordered the salmon dish and I order a shrimp pasta. For dessert, the server recommended one of their specials - a tiramisu creatively plated as a flower in a flower pot with a watering can filled with a delicious white sauce that is to be poured on top. The price fit the food and the general feeling and service of the place.

I like the original coffee prince more but this is still a great place to hang out though a little too crowded if you just want to sit down for a cup of coffee. I'm also a big fan of desserts but theirs did not really hit the spot for me. However, I will give 7 out of 10 for their drinks especially with their cotton candy addition. If they downplayed the sweetness of their offerings I would rate them higher. Service is probably the highlight of this little cafe. They have great, happy people working for them & that makes a big difference.

I am so happy that they have continued to survive and do well because I think they make some of the best gelato that I have ever tried in the world!! Yup, I said it. I've eaten gelato when visiting Italy, and the gelato made at Gelatissimo is just as good (in my humble opinion). Why did I think they would not make it here? At the time (about 10 years ago), I thought their prices were too expensive for the locals to afford. Yes, the quality of the products is excellent. Prices though are high. With that being said, though, I'd be a regular at Gelatissimo every time we visit Ayala Center. To me, they are worth the hefty price. Happy to see that I am not the only one who thinks so because they are still in business after all these years. They have a multitude of flavors to choose from. You can ask to sample some flavors to help you decide what you want. Currently, my favorite flavors are their Chunky New York Cheesecake and their Creme Caramel. Look forward to trying all the flavors one of these days. Anyways, make sure to drop by Gelatissimo when you are the Ayala Center in Cebu City. I doubt that you will be disappointed.

They make their gelato fresh everyday (that's what my friend who works there said) and using only the finest ingredients available. Everytime I go to the mall, I usually drop by and get a scoop of my favorite flavor. I have to say, they have been quite consistent on their gelato. It hasn't changed one bit. They also try to introduce new flavors every now and then so that the customers won't get tired of the usual ones. The good part is that if you are curious of a certain flavor, you can ask them if want to have a taste before buying a scoop or two. Definitely worth the price you pay.
