I was greeted when I entered the store. I looked around for a bit trying to find shoes for my son. I found a pair that he liked but couldn't find his size so we went up 1/2 a size to get the pair he liked and was on sale. Going up to the register to check the lady that had originally greeted us on the way in noticed us coming and walked away to sit down in an aisle. So we waited for the other register to clear and the lady seemed nice. The shoebox was broken and she smiled and apologized and I teased her because it was broken we got a discount and we both laughed. She scanned the box and the price was way higher than the sale price. I asked her about the price and she said she would check it for me. I showed her exactly where the shoes came from and she said there was a slight difference in the shoes and they were indeed much more expensive and asked if we really wanted the other pair that was a slight color difference and I said yes, we thought the ones we had were them and asked if we needed the size 10 and I said actually we needed a 91/2 and she looked above the display and found what we were looking for originally. I was looking for something really specific. I got no help while I was there. I didn't even get an acknowledgment when I entered the store. The associate was helping another customer check out, but still never checked on me to see if I needed help. The prices are relatively inexpensive and they have a good deal going on. They do have a wide selection of shoes for all ages however they didn't have what I was looking for. There is Apple enough parking close to the entrance? read more

I paid about $70 for a pair of shoes that literally came apart at the seams in about 3 weeks. I returned them to the store and was greeted with a less than helpful staff. I was told to contact the manufacturer of the shoes?? Are you kidding me. How ever they had no idea how to do that. She also said they offer absolutely no guarantee on their merchandise. Guess I should have went to Walmart. .. over priced no service read more

My daughter and I went to look for a pair of shoes for her. We were in there for 45 minutes looking and needing help. I finally went and asked a lady for a certain size and she said no we don't have it and walked away. We went to look in another section where another employee was putting shoes away and literally was 10 feet from us for 25 minutes without saying a word. I said loudly that it would be nice to have someone help us and she rolled her eyes and continued what she was doing. The only help we got was another young lady asked what size we needed and said she could order it would which I declined and she walked to the back. The other 2 ladies ignored us the entire time. We ended up leaving with a $50 gift card thst we did not use and went to a differant store and spent $60 for much better service!!! read more
