When I called this morning they quickly found the jeans and and processed an order, with the expedited shipping, as I am visiting family in Wyoming, 2 hours from the store. I cannot thank these girls enough for the way that they were soooooo very helpful in the store and the phone!! I totally recommend this store, and of course the great products enough!!!

Extremely irritated with this target... I placed an order on instacart to get delivered to a family…read moremember's house and most of the most important items were all completely out of stock... I understand that happens sometimes, but they said they had five different kinds of live poinsettias fully in stock turns out they had zero. If they would have been more updated like every other store on there I could have chosen to go to a different store as that was a top priority in my order. They listed that they had four different kinds of gluten-free cookie dough, they had zero. I feel like I got lied to in order for them to get my money at this store, instead of going through Smith's which is way more accurate on what they're actually out of stock on. Lesson learned, I'm absolutely never instacarting with Target again. Such a huge bummer as it's now far too late to make this right.

Sonic Rainbow is a gem in Casper that just celebrated its 30 Anniversary. Downtown on Center Street…read morenow for 20 years it's been locally owned & operated by the same person. Sonic rainbow sells both new and used compact discs, which they have quite the selection of. They have a large collection of used cassettes to be purchased, including classic rock and rare punk gems. Then they carry both 600 new vinyl records and close to 6000 used records. They also have 500ish 45rpm 7" inch singles(new-classic). They specialize in ordering each week's new releases both on compact disc and vinyl or you can special order just about anything that you can think of. They're one of the only shops in Wyoming to participate in listening store parties. They also purchase anywhere from 300 to 500 New Vinyl Records for both the Black Friday record store day, as well as the national April record store day and have been doing so for over 10 years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly , & when it comes to helping you get what you want, they deliver. They take cash & credit cards and sell gift cards that you can purchase for your friends and family for birthday presents, Christmas , etc.. This is the only music store left in Casper, Wyoming, and while there are a couple other small independent record stores in Wyoming, this is the only one that really actively participates in both record store day and the independent listening parties, which gives out tons of merchandise and free swag when you listen to an artists pre-release in store. Can't say how highly recommended this place is. It is an important fixture in our community and you should put support it if you can. Go there. Buy Music!!! Have fun!!!

Bought a new bike and messed up the assembly. Called Ragged Edge to see if I could come in and get…read moreit adjusted - friendly employee answers and tells me to bring the bike in. I show up and wait in line behind one customer buying a high-end bike. After a few minutes, I check out the helmets, then get back in line. A little while longer and I decide to walk around the store while I wait. Another customer is looking at clothes. Back to the line. Fifteen minutes have passed and not one word from anyone. Another employee comes from the back and starts helping clothing shopper, which is good because he was in the store before me. Twenty minutes now and clothing guy is going to check out. Other customer and employee finish transaction and chat about the world of biking. Employee comes around the counter and begins to stand next to me. "Hello, I called about some help with a bike?" is my cry for help, since I am clearly the one that is going to have to start this shindig. "Oh, sure. Let's have a look," he replies. "Yep there are a few problems, let me get my wrench." Awesome. I'm going to get help, but as the employee goes back to get his wrench he decides to help another customer who has walked in. Another customer then walks in, past me with a bike in tow. Other employee finishes checking out customer and greets the walk-in, beginning to help her with her bike. I wait another five minutes as the first employee continues to help the customer select and then ring-up a bike tube, while the second employee finishes up with the new customer and then proceeds to walk into the Narnia that is the back of the store. Customer with bike issues who was in the store for less than five minutes is now on her way out, as compared to my thirty minutes with absolutely no help (the employee's original ascertain that there are problems with my bike is only a confirmation of my already established state of existence - not helpful). She asks, "Can I get the door for you?" I say, "Yes." I pick up my bike and walk out - Mountain Sports helped me within thirty seconds of walking in. I won't be returning to Ragged Edge - terrible customer service.

Tyler in the shop lent me one of his personal bikes since the store had just sold a demo bike. Very much appreciated, and just a good example of a small, friendly bike shop. If you're in the area check out this shop as the folks there know the area pretty well and have some good insight as to some rides in the local and surrounding areas. Check 'em out!
