Came here to just get tubes and tires replaced on an old road bike. I find out that they had, without my consent, put on their most expensive race tires and gave me a slight discount because they "had no other tires that would fit the bike ". WTF. Overcharging me by double, plus taking two days to change them is just absolutely ridiculous and horrible business practice. It doesnt end there.. As soon as i got home i realized the back tire was already flat. Had to load it up, drive all the way back, and let them know. No apology, just a 20 min wait to fix it again. Im super pissed about how they handled it. A phone call about the upcharge and lack of generic products would have saved me the time.. but instead i pay $95 and make three trips. I will go to Mountain Sports where I've always had great service from now on.

They go above & beyond with their customer service as well. I had a small problem when the product was delivered and I didn't notice until after the delivery guys had left. I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with. If you live in Casper, and are looking for a new mattress, you REALLY should go to Denver Mattress on 2nd Street next to Walmart.
