Not a lot of staff around but it's more of a help yourself type of store with all the sizes available in arms reach. It's a pretty good shoe store with good deals and a large selection of items to choose from.

The staff had a tendency to be shy & group together. I finally decided on 2 pairs, to take advantage of a promo, but had to bring one set back because the pair wasn't the same size although both had a 7 on the shoe! It must have been a grand opening that I found by accident because the music was played by a DJ on site. I'm sure it was intended to keep the energy up, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Hence me grabbing the irregular pair without trying them on. I was optimistic because I've found (and liked) Sketcher shoes in the style I was seeking in other retailers, which is why I think my disappointment is bigger than expected. Then the sales associate said, "you know, sometimes our feet aren't as small as we'd like people to think they are." That's right, the shoe store lady condescended me regarding my shoe size. Then she went and brought me a size 7 anyway. So I try on the size 7, and - surprise! - it's too big. I ask for a size 6. Sales associate disappears for some minutes, then returns to inform me that there are no size 6s left. I ask if she can check at another store. She says she's busy with other customers, and can I come back later? I *can* come back later, but I sure as heck won't!

I mentioned I have a medical exemption and I couldn't wear a mask in their store and they allowed entry and I didn't receive any rude stares or glares from the staff which always happens at stores. She then assured me that I shouldn't feel bad for not being able to wear a mask because it was nice to see a customers smile. She was so helpful and I wish nothing but the best for her!
