They've got so many different shoes to choose from, it's actually a little overwhelming. I'd say about of the store is dedicated to ladies shoes, leaving the other for the men. I, being a woman, happen to love this fact. I like having a good variety of shoes to choose from when I'm shopping for something. For the most part I would say that the shoes are way too expensive. I mean, some of the shoes merit a high price, but others it just seems ridiculous. Most of the time the shoes are a little too expensive for me, and just pass the acceptable rate that I'll spend on a pair of shoes. A good thing is they have some pretty good sales sometimes, reaching up to 50% off, for example. I don't find the staff of this place to be all that helpful, or maybe they just don't seem that eager to be helpful. Whenever I've asked for a size, it seems like I'm asking for something so unreasonable they can't believe I've said anything. This has actually happened to me a couple of times, so I'm not just crazy. The shoes are nice, but the prices are high; the store is cool, but the workers appear rude. She didn't offer a hand or ask if I needed anything. In fact, she came out of the back when I came in, stood there for a moment, and then went immediately to the back again. I don't know what her deal was, but it was very unprofessional. I'll admit that they had some really nice shoes there, but I couldn't even believe the prices! They were waaay over-priced for what they were. I saw some flats there, which barely consisted of anything, that were still $115. Does that seem ridiculous to anyone else? Even the baby shoes were $60. Not only were the prices outrageous, but the selection wasn't that wide. They had one wall full of boots and such, and a tiny stand in the middle of the place, but that was it. For the size of the store, and the amount they charge, I would expect the selection to be greater. Two thumbs way down for this snooty, expensive, not-so-great shoe store.

I really appreciated the way he coordinated the entire process from selection, alterations, pick-up, and the interface with shoes and belts which is a different department. A special mention to Thelis who helped me select the best-looking leather shoes I've ever owned. Near the end, the owner came out just to introduce himself. O'Connors is a case-study in how a business can successfully use superior service and quality to build loyalty. It doesn't always have to be about price. Although I LOVE shoes, I sometimes DREAD going shoe shopping. The reason being, because I'm stupid picky. I often don't find EXACTLY what I'm looking for and I end up getting frustrated with the crowds and the service. Enter Mona. Mona was helpful, honest, patient, proactive, easy-going and she listened to me to get a sense of my innermost shoe desires. By the end of a 30 minute visit with Mona, I left with 5 pairs of shoes in hand and I absolutely ADORE every single one of them. I have NEVER had such amazing luck in ONE shoe store, let alone on the same day, but it just goes to show if you have exceptional service, anything is possible. I want to give mad props to Mona - like I said, I've NEVER had better shoe service in my life and thanks to her, I'm rolling into 2010 with some SERIOUS shoe style! Thank you Mona!!!

I recalled hearing Tanyia Tucker rave about this place as she was playing on the main stage, the night before. I decided to call the phone number as the website. I'm so happy that I called. The most kind and welcoming voice answered the phone and said "Yes, we can fit the belt to your 32" waist, please come on over and we'll let you in." I was fitted up with a belt in no time and also had a most wonderful conversation about life. It was truly a Supreme experience! I would totally recommend this place to anybody. I mean everybody. To any person looking for trousers, dress shirts, ties, belts or socks either for themselves or as a gift. The belt I purchased was a gift to myself. The conversation and connection inside was a gift from something bigger than us. Tory Burch makes my heart sing…read more I love the high quality style, and the service is excellent! I have shopped both in Chinook Center and online and the service and product have been consistently exceptional. Wait until you read this story of exceptional customer service. I had a small, casual wedding in July 2013 and purchased both my shoes and wedding dress from Tory Burch (I posted pictures so you can see). The ladies at Tory Burch were enthusiastic, helpful and got me suited up, and even watered down with a diet coke while I shopped (seriously?? I never expected that kind of hospitality!). Fast forward a few months, I tried on my dress and....... I put on a "little weight". I needed to go up a size. The dress was unworn, and I brought it in and they went through the whole rigoramol again, (diet coke, friendly, helpful, compassionate) and i got the "new" correct size and was out the door. Now here's the kicker. Right before my wedding, I get a delivery to my home. Flowers! From Tory Burch, CONGRATULATING me! They have a fan for life. I tell everyone the story. They need to know how Tory Burch has gone above and beyond any retail experience I have had. They honestly have inspired me to do better, because I can see what a difference it makes.

Review #2 of Yelp's 30 Day Challenge 2012…read more Tory Burch opened about a week ago and I was so excited as I'm a big fan of their flats. I told my husband about it and joked that he should buy me a pair of ballet flats. Well he took it seriously and agreed, what's a girl to do? :) The one grayed out star is for the overall feel of the store. When we walked in it felt like the store was too cramped. The shelves look like they were too small for the number of items there wanted to display. In the spot where the ballet flats are, it looked like they just placed one of each style they have without thinking if the display will actually entice their customers into purchasing. Those four stars are for their products and service. Their products maybe a bit on the pricey side but they last and their designs go with a lot of styles - I love that cos I hate thinking too much about what shoes or bag goes with what. Their sales people are friendly and really attentive. I think I had two ladies help me and I only tried on two pairs of shoes. My husband was happy too because he was offered refreshments while waiting for me try on shoes, also he didn't have to get out of the couch to pay and claim our purchase (we're not as lazy as this in real life :P) I wouldn't say it's a place that you go to every week for shopping unless you really can afford to do so. I will probably have to eat leather and live in my purse if I do that. For the service and quality of product I think this place is worth checking out and maybe once in a while buy something that pleases your eyes. I think it's just fair for a lady to splurge every now and then right? :)
