I also am beginning to suffer from ankle pain due to falls and compression coming off of bouldering problems. Anna was able to introduce me to trigger point acupuncture, which significantly improved my range of motion and flexibility, as well as helped to decrease tension in my neck and shoulders. Additionally, the stiffness in my ankles has abated and I feel much less sore. My experience with Anna was wonderful. She really takes a whole body and mind approach to her practice, and really makes you feel like you are the only thing going on in her day. The initial consult was very thorough, but I was surprised at how much tension I seemed to be storing from things completely unrelated to climbing, but that were definitely affecting the muscles I used for the activity.
