I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of response for potential customers. I have called, texted, emailed, sent messages on all their social medias for weeks trying to book them for my sons 1st Birthday Party. They have yet to respond. Fancy Entertainment is by far the best company to hire for your child's special day! Birthdays are very important to our family and I had a vision of what I wanted for my two year old. The characters Mickey and Minnie exceeded my expectations! They knocked on the door asking for Alana as I dreamed of. My two year old was so into it she walked right outside with Minnie and Mickey to start the drive by. She was so happy she didn't cry for mommy like she always does if I'm not by her side. They played with her, danced with her, and then the drive by started. They helped with the gifts and were super fun with the kids and even the adults. Once the drive by ended we did the song head shoulders knees and toes everyone in the neighborhood was joining the dance! It brought everyone together and the birthday girl truly enjoyed the dance show! I am forever grateful for the opportunity of having them in our daughter's celebration. 2 weeks later, it was my daughter's best friend birthday and I hired them again! Elsa and Anna were out of this world! The birthday girl felt so special and the family was full of happy tears! They danced with all the kids and even put the crown on the birthday girl. I was recommended by a friend who's friend used them. I wrote them an IG message, nothing. I facebook messaged them, nothing. I texted them nothing. I called them, nothing. I receive a message in response to a character i wanted with photos and I respond so that I can book if available, nothing. I call again, nothing. I reply to IG message, nothing. I see they are active today so I IG message them again, nothing. I called, nothing. It's not worth my time. I'd rather pay a responsible company double as this is concerning. If it's this hard to contact them just to give them business then imagine if there's a problem. They have no issues posting on IG though frequently. Especially in between one of my messages. BEWARE!!!! I GIVE 0 stars. Very poor customer service. I have tried to get in contact with these people since mid April. I sent facebook message after message. Someone miraculously answered me and when I responded they never answered again (even when I saw they had updated their page that day), I called the number and left messages and texts several times in a span of a week and nothing. I emailed them and kept getting automated responses. I filled out 5 email questionaires and still NOTHING. How do they make any money? Too bad I'm taking my business elsewhere. This is going to possibly be one of the most honest reviews you'll see here about this company. Yes, unfortunately they haven't been the most responsive this year, however the person behind the company has made sure to explain to her customers why and explaining her personal situation which there is no need for. She cares a lot about her company that she is up answering messages from 3-4am while she has been MIA and updating the characters and their availability. She's pushing through to make sure she can get to everyone. If her company was that bad, then why are sooo many people asking for her? I booked Mickey and Goofy for Christmas Day and I can't wait for it especially since I can't them to Disney and it will be my second son's first Christmas. And yes I was one of those people constantly trying to get to her as well just in case you are wondering, but I'm super patient. People are mad, I get it but this year has been filled with delays for everything and it's been a bad year altogether. This company shows to be a relief from it. We hired fancy entertainment for a Star Wars Hora Loca show at our wedding. This included 1 hour of music with a Darth Vader on stilts, 3 Storm Troopers, and 1 Jedi drummer. The show itself, was AWESOME. It was a surprise for my now husband and we had a blast. HOWEVER, getting in touch with them for anything was difficult. I had to send several emails and make several phone calls just to hire them. You would think they would be more responsive when someone is interested them in hiring them. Once they were hired, even my planners had a tough time getting the info they needed from them. I would have preferred some more professionalism but It was worth it to see the smile on my husbands face when Darth Vader walked into our wedding reception. read more

Cannot say enough great things about Fancy Entertainment! They helped make my son's first birthday Disney themed caravan/parade amazing and memorable, despite COVID-19. I had to cancel my original event date due to an unforeseen circumstance and they were great in following up with me to reschedule. The day finally came and my older son split his chin open 10 minutes before our drive-by birthday caravan was set to begin. Fancy Entertainment was extremely understanding and flexible. They delayed our start time, helped manage the cars that were lined up outside, and were very patient while we waited for paramedics to care for my son. The staff helped us keep a great flow during the caravan and ensured that all of our drive-by guests had opportunities for photos and interactions with the characters. I also have to stress that the quality of their characters is second to none and their performance is spectacular. We couldn't make it to Disney, but Disney came to us!
