I feel like every time I ask him questions or make a comment or move my hand a bit he gets frustrated. Overall the techs are nice besides that one tech who's name I forget. Today, The nails I wanted are the longer ones in the pictures but the nails I got are the shorter nails. I was trying to trust the process, but they did not turn out at all how I wanted them. I came in and showed the nail tech a set i had in mind. she told me it was going to be very expensive. I decided to get a full set with regular nail polish which is listed as $35. when I told her I would rather do that i stead of gel her and another nail tech looked at each other and laughed making fun of me. my nail tech was so rude making a huge deal out of me not wanting gel. she charged me an extra $5 for length when they are short/medium and did not give me the discount posted all over thd building if I pay cash. she charged me $40 due to "length". this happened this previous Tues night about 6:00 pm. pm me for pics of my nails for reference.
