In comparison to other nail salons in Joplin, I received some of the best customer service at Humble Bees Nail & Spa. The space was clean (no rips, tears, or stains on any chairs), sanitary (no dead skin in the foot baths and they used sterile tools), the employees were very attentive (gave us a snack as soon as we sat down), excellent callus removing service (literally the best I've ever had), and the space is just SO cute. They even have little privacy curtains separating sets of chairs so you can have more privacy. I highly recommend this nail salon read more

If I could do 6 stars I would. Brittney was so patient and didn't make this difficult. I'm super particular about who touches my hands and she made me feel comfortable and I 100% trusted her. She keeps conversation so there isn't an awkward silence and she always asked if I like this or that and didn't wait until the end. So I was left with my hands soaking in acetone for about an hour.. the lady taking off my nails stopped doing mine & did someone else's left me sitting there for an hour. Humble bees is a fantastic spot to get your nails done! All the staff is always friendly and helpful. They are very gentle while doing your nails which is a big plus for me! I have been coming here since they opened. I have tried four other nail spas in Joplin and Humble Bees is my favorite! My nails have been damaged over the years at other places but since I have been coming to Humble Bees my nails are strong and healthy again! It is clean and they are all very friendly.
