I've been coming to Fancy for a few years. I always have an early appointment so parking is never an issue. Kathy does my nails and Minh does my pedicures. Every nail technician here is very skilled! I don't typically get designs but I always admire the amazing nail art that other people get. The service is always excellent and everyone is friendly and funny!

I was fit in on a busy Christmas Eve. Welcomed in and no one rushed me through. This seems like a family business. And the technicians were charming and had a sense of humor. Conscientious and thorough workmanship! Mindy did an excellent job on my acrylic fill and Hurley did a deluxe pedicure and even patched my broken toe nail! The Salon is clean and full of locals on this day. It is very popular. I found prices to be reasonable. This was a good experience. When I travel through I will visit again! I came in for a full set of white tips ($63) and a basic pedicure with white tip gel ($67). The whole visit took about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The staff was very kind and fit me in right at opening, which I really appreciated, especially before the holiday. The prices are definitely on the cheaper side. The nails turned out okay overall, not exactly rounded or like the photo I showed, but still decent. The salon itself isn't super clean in appearance, but the actual procedures and tools seemed clean and sanitary. read more

Great experience at this shop. A co-worker recommended them so I called & they fit me in last minute on a Friday before a holiday, but didn't rush the service. I had a new set of long acrylics put on, along with cat eye polish & painted tips - pricing was very reasonable & Laura did an amazing job. read more

I called and made an appointment for a pedicure, but it does appear that they take walk ins as well. There are 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure chairs. The guy that did my nails was great! I was soooo relaxed when he done, and he did a great job on my toes. The only issue here is parking. Everyone has to park behind each other to fit, so folks have to come back in and ask other people to move. Which, so long as you aren't in the middle of something, isn't a huge deal, I suppose. read more

I came in as a walk in and was welcomed. The whole group were very friendly. My nails expectation was normal for the most. The pedicure was requested as a normal with gel. There was some confusion on French tips; where I came from all I ever had to say was French tips and got what I wanted. A good job was done but when hit with $119.00 before tip I was astonished. I've never had to pay anywhere near that amount for service; unfortunately I thought I needed some pampering and felt a little overwhelmed of price. Hopefully both will last for duration of trip. Being in area and Yelp showing $$ didn't expect price. read more

10/10 recommend! This place has good ratings for a reason! The ladies here really take care of their customers and it is appointment only so book ahead or call before showing up. I was able to make my appointment for the same day and I was so happy I got booked with Nancy! She patiently answered all my questions and gave me exactly what I wanted. She even went above and beyond and charged my phone for me as it was about to die! Her customer service didn't stop after the service was complete. As I waited for my Uber she still checked in on me and even let me sit at the same table she did my nails at. In addition to the service she provided me, it was clear to see that she actually tried to get to know her clients as she had built close relationships with these ladies. As far as the pricing goes, it's definitely worth it and because they are upfront with the pricing you don't get surprised by the bill at the end! Book with Nancy!! read more

We ordered two pedicures. The most expensive one they had. Sat side by side. His pedicure was more intense with the lotions and massage. Ie. He had more lotions and oils done to his feet and leg. The young lady skipped several steps in my pedicure. If we paid for the same pedicure it stands to reason we would get the same treatment. I got half of what he did. read more

I was here TDY twice since 2019. Each time I have been here I've stopped here and gotten my nails done. They really do a great job. You do need to call ahead to make an appointment because they are that good that they don't have time for walk ins. The other thing is it is a little off the beaten path and in a neighborhood. Don't let the outside concern you of the job they do. read more

Got my nails/toes done here. It was pretty packed during the time that I went but they were still able to take me with no appointment. The toes were pretty good, they got my shape right and the colors they had to pick from were cute. My nails on the other hand were not that great. I had a reference pic and the nails I got done were a little bulkier than what I had expected but not too bad. Wouldn't come back for the nails, just my toes. read more

I come from South Korea. For me, price was reasonable (gel removing + polishing powdergel with 2 small stone was total 74$)and skillful. Basic foot and leg care is included, and chair for foot care has massaging function. Interior is not fancy like normal Korean nail shop, but overall I was very satisfied w everything. It's not often you go to a salon where you talk to the nail tech, let alone the whole time! I had no clue an hour and a half had gone by when we finished! My nails look so clean and elegant. Then, as I was getting my pedicure, the gentlemen was in a rush (they had a long day and it was late, I get it) but he ripped the skin on my big toe so bad that it was painful to even touch. I kept asking him to stop touching it, stop messing with it, just stop. He wouldn't listen until finally I said I was happy to finish with the pedicure part but did not want my toes painted at this time -I had originally asked for a gel pedicure with their NuSkin option($65) that included hot stones and I originally asked for a paraffin was as well. Because of the pain I did not want any heat or wax on the open wound so I cancelled that as well. When I went to pay, I was charged for all of the things I originally asked for (gel pedicure, paraffin, and hot stones) despite not being able to receive them because of the gentlemen's mistake. Again, accidents happen but the fact that I was charged for these services and basically forced to come back or lose out on my money is absolutely ridiculous and has completely stolen my trust in this business. I usually don't leave reviews but when I woke up this morning and saw my brows again and still have pain strong pain in my toe, I decided I would let the public know. If you cancel a service because of their mistakes, be prepared to be charged for them anyways. No one should leave a salon in almost tears.

Their conversations could be heard throughout other areas, which took away from the calm, spa-like environment. Overall, the price is appealing, but better crowd management, feature maintenance, and enforcing spa etiquette would significantly improve the experience.

I absolutely love Fancy Nails! Kathy does my gel sets and her sister, Thuy, does my pedicures, but everyone here is amazing at what they do! The staff is friendly and funny, and they provide great customer service. They really aim to please their customers and give you what you want and more. I've lived on the Coast since 2004 and been to many nails salons here, and this is by far the BEST nail service I've received.
