They keep shipping broken 60" mirrors in boxes with no protection! This is the 5th time I have been on the phone with them for over an hour each time. All they offer is "store credit" lol. If they can't fix their mistake. They won't me to come back and make another purchase with in store credit yet they can't fulfill the order I gave placed. Weeks ago!! Wow folks the lies keep coming. Bed bath & Beyond customer service is a freaking joke. First I'm unreasonable because I have expectations that they should hold up their end of the deal. Yet they can't issue a refund now because they have ordered a replacement which they consider a replacement. Hahah Given their was so much broken glass I could of cut my fingers or hands severely opening the previous two broken mirrors. Mind you the first mirror I ordered weeks ago showed up in perfect condition. So I thought ok I'll order a larger one. Now we are going on two weeks and two broken Mirrors and no refund. That coordination never happened. Despite clear direction and the importance of continuity between providers for something as serious as cataract treatment, Love & Warden failed to communicate effectively with my surgeon's office or help facilitate the necessary follow-up appointment. As a patient, I should not have to act as the go-between for two medical providers who are supposed to be working together in my best interest. Equally disappointing is the excessive time patients are required to wait in their office. The delays for what should be routine exams are unreasonable. You can plan on sitting well past your scheduled appointment time with little communication or regard for your time. For a practice that asks patients to arrive promptly and respect their schedule, the same courtesy is clearly not extended in return. Between the lack of care coordination and the consistently long waits, this experience has fallen far short of what I expect from a professional eye care provider. Patients deserve timely service and proactive communication -- especially when dealing with something as important as vision and surgical follow-up. Unfortunately, Love & Warden delivered neither.

I walked through the Glasgow store at different times and went through the racks looking for my clothes but I was only able to locate two of them. I was paid a small payment but for only the one item. The cashier at Glasgow could not even tell me which one sold. These were expensive items, not junk. I expected better treatment than this. I honestly feel completely ripped off and have lost trust.
