I would advise anyone shopping for flowers to go to The Flower Shoppe. My Aunt bought her $200 funeral spray from them and it stood right next to my Tullahoma house of flower spray and put it to shame. I have never been more disappointed in my life. To spend that type of money on something that will die in a couple of days and to get no joy or fulfillment from it is devastating. It's like walking into the store and giving away your hard earned money! Please be aware!

So I called on Tuesday, told Taylor they were never delivered, and was interrupted to say the irises didn't come in until today. I started to ask why I wasn't called and we missed my mother's bday, and was interrupted again and said I'd be reimbursed and hung up on. I called two more times, and no answer. They also need to have an answering machine and provide better customer service. So disappointed - not even an apology for the delay, and then screening my call.
