My second visit to the store I purchased a top on off the sale rack. The first time I wore the top the elastic cuff came loose on one sleeve after an hour of wear. I would have thought by the prices of the clothing it would have been of better quality. I have tops from JcPenny that have lasted longer than this for far less money even on sale. If you you plan on returning a defective item expect in store credit because that is what they offer. Most stores will try an satisfy the customer if they can not find a replacement by offering your money back but that was not the case here. So now I have a card for an in store credit that I couldn't use because I couldn't find anything I really wanted. Really not sure if I will go back to even use it. Now I have no new top and I'm out the money I spent on it. Could'nt find anything else that I would'nt have to spend 30.00 or more with the card. Just felt cheated. But they sure have a pretty store..
