We had a makeshift one at our First Annual Snowberry (ski trip) but this yera we kicked it up a notch and had a professional make one for us. The ice scultptor called it , "the standard" or "the college" luge... Hours of endless fun... I'm talking 48 hours straight (minus the time we left the house to ski half day at Keystone). SO many good memories. We poured Firefly Iced Tea Vodka, Crown, Jack and even some beer... why not. Thanks Mike! ( I think that was the name of our sculptor. Great guy, very nice and quite the professional ice sculptor!)

I'm sorry, what a shallow way to begin a review of one of Denvers best promoters. I've been attending Jfly events for about a year now and I am still impressed. It's been said that women reach thier sexaul peak at 33 and Jfly can't think of any better way to celebrate that than by throwing a '33' party offering these suposedly 'on the prowl' women free gourmet dinner and drinks at one of Denver's classiest nightspots. I'll be there!! Have you ever had your picture taken by the paparazi? Have you ever walked a red carpet? If you go the a Jfly event you probably will. His parties consistently just have an amazing amount of creativity in them. One of Jfly's favorite events of mine was an 'Ice' Party, imagine entering a nightclub and finding not one but several massive artistic Ice Sculptures scattered around. Jfly has also done Real World Cast parties at Vinyl, Fantasy Hollywood Events and Spring Break Trips among offers. One thing to make note of is that Jfly events fall on the socailly elite & pretentious end of the nightlife spectrum. If your 'nightclubbing gear' includes 6 different pairs of 'Js', XXL sized white tees or glowsticks then you might feel just a little out of place at a Jfly event. Jfly does dabble in Hip Hop and the rave scene but for the most part these events are for the sexy, well dressed and succesful. Have you ever ate under a +$20,000 chandelier? You will at Theorie were Jfly promotes weekly. His events usaully go down at only the very swankiest (is that even a word??) downtown locals.
