They did a great job. I'd suggest waiting. I dropped off and went to lunch with mom and when I came back they claimed they called me and text it was ready and were closing soon. This was a terrible experience. For someone whos been in the business 29 years Im shocked by how bad this went. I made an appointment to tint a 2dr coupe. 48 hours before my appointment I call to confirm and right off the bat they say they dont see me with an appointment anywhere. Go figure, great start. Thankfully they are nice enough to sqeeuze me in and said they'll do it between cars, that was a bad idea to accept that offer. I bring it there that morning and get a call back within 2-3 hours and its already done! Im thinking wow they did that fast! I go to pick my looks good at a glance. Get home to give it a good look and the passenger side window has a huge line across it that looks like spaghetti, and the rear window has bubbles in it and trash and tint pieces were left all over the floor for me to clean up. For $300+ dollars this is the most rushed unprofessional tint shop Ive seen. Ive had 7 cars tinted in the last 15 years since living in Florida and never have I had to bring a car back. So he tells me to bring it back in a few weeks, hes completely booked out. So I confirmed my appt yesterday and here I am two weeks later and when I got there he said " Hi how can I help you" I was thinking you got to be kidding me , so I said ummm I have an appt for 1200? And then comes then oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah . It was just to such an inconvience having to wait 2 weeks to go back a second time and fix the mistakes, more wasted gas money, and more importantly spending my day off on a Saturday to get this fixed. 29 years experience and a 4.9 stars on google you would think I should not have to make a second return trip fixing your mistakes, shouldve been right from the start. But overall they forgot the appointment, rushed it the first time, and no partial refund or anything, plain and simple I fell for the 5 star review hype and got burned, hope the next customer has better luck than I did. Randy's was recommended to me by SWC Auto Body. I made an appointment and was there on Monday. They took me right in and I was there maybe a 1/2 hour. I am short and the visors in the car do nothing for me, so I had the visor tinting put on the windshield. What a great job. I love the way they follow the curve of the windshield. I have had this done on cars before and most places just put it straight across. They did a beautiful job and I love it. Randy's prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend their services. Well, where do I start. I was referred to Randy's from a friend of mine in the detailing world. It was a little tricky because I was not in possession if my truck to tell them what it may or may not have as far as aftermarket tint. I bugged Randy for a week with random questions to cover all bases. Most people would be annoyed. He gladly helped me with every aspect of my questions. So, Today, my appt to have it done. I had to have my wife take it in. Who knows nothing about it. She meets Randy and goes over things, calls me for clarification. To which I basically said he is the expert, I am good with whatever he thinks. Before my wife hung up they both agree that I was a Pain in the Ass. But, they got it done. In like an hour. I didn't see it until I got home. They did a great job and it looks perfect. I had high expectations because of the referral, but they exceeded every single one. Even charged me less than quoted, I am guessing because the work was less than we had planned on taking off old tint. But, the moral of the story, I would highly recommend Randy's on all levels, Price, Customer Service, Experience and the product they put out. Absolutely. No complaints. Before I give our daughter one of our cars, I needed to replace the tint on the rear window. It was hard to see out of it and it was poorly done previously by someone else. Randy was real easy to work with, I was able to drop off the car a day earlier to satisfy my schedule. We picked the car up yesterday and it looks real nice. I did noticed some bubbles, and he explained to me with these cars that has a lot of dimples on their window. It's impossible to make it perfect. I already knew there was an issue with that, so It wasn't a problem. As time goes on and if there is any problem or not, I'll revise this review up or down. Several years ago I had some vehicle windows tinted at a shop in Youngtown. The work was done well. This time I thought I would try to support a Local business. Dropped in one afternoon and talked with Randy about putting tint on my vehicle. Set up an appointment for two days later at midday. Circumstances changed and so did the vehicle I wanted to tint.
