Jeff, the owner, provides the best customer service I have encountered at any UPS. He is always willing to answer any question and you can tell how much he cares about his business and customers. Not only is Jeff great, but the rest of the staff is too. The other full time worker working at this location when I used this store more frequently was easily the second most knowledgeable and best UPS worker I have ever dealt with, behind only the owner. I don't know if she is still currently working there but she and Jeff could do the work that I have seen other UPS stores use 5 or more workers for and they got through customers faster than any other UPS. This is by far the best UPS I have ever used and wish it was still the closest UPS for me to use.
