He spent every bit of an hour and a half. Listening to everyone of my concerns. Reviewing my medications. Telling me which ones he could. Suggest stop taking. Which ones he would recommend taking? Who's genuinely seen as if he wanted to see my health get better? And not just through pharmaceuticals. I would agree. He only has one other staff person. Who's working the front desk? Intake. Both of them are very polite and courteous. In Lake County, it's very difficult to find a doctor. 1. Who wants to be a doctor? And two. Actually keep me concerned about the patient's care. So as far as I'm concerned. So far I'm very pleased. As far as his office and it's cleanliness, I would say that it is a little dated. I noticed that he chooses to use the natural light from the windows in his lobby without the overhead fluorescent lights which does make it seem darker, but not necessarily dirty. He's an Independent Doctor running an Independent Office, he's naturally looking to cut expenses to save money, and who would blame him how ridiculous PG&E is. I had over 10 dr. associates when I lived in saratoga, ca. they were all top specialists. if you want soothing talk, hire a nanny. when it comes to your health, the straight up truth is the only thing that will make a difference. My experience is that the best medicine is to stop doing that which harms you first. then get support to help you stay on track. that seems to be a lot of what dr. bradley does that no other doctor spends time doing. I had been in business for 53 years, and the only complaints i ever got were from those that owed me money. well, that and my ex wife.

They are more concerned about insisting they are right no matter how much evidence proves otherwise. They cannot seem to get even the simplest tasks such as renewing insulin orders for diabetics. They order the products incorrectly and patients with a gauntlet of roadblocks and apathy just trying to get them to fix their mistakes. Multiple phone calls and messages go unanswered, ignored, or just plain forgotten. In the meantime, patients are left without the basic means to control disease. If you experience an emergency, especially if they have caused the emergency, you call will be ignored, unanswered, and you will suffer the consequences. Patients are left in the dark and distraught because they can't get even the basic medical needs met. It's obvious Sutter Health could not care any less about its patients. Too bad, so sad. The message is, "Patients are worthless and nothing but major pains in the fanny." Appointments are almost always late, as much as three hours, and no one cares if a patient is suffering or just trying to do what they are told to do. How can a patient be expected to take the medication prescribed if they are unable to obtain the medication no matter how many times they try to fix staff mistakes?

The AH doc perfunctorily half-noticed the rash, didn't diagnose it as such, then shuffled me off to an ophthalmologist(?!) (Checking the eyes when it's a skin problem?) I had to wait a full month in discomfort for Dr Sampson's appointment, who turned out to be a "checklist box-ticker doctor" who can measure eye parameters galore but barely tagged on a "skin inflammation" note in the last 10 seconds of the exam. Whereupon he "prescribed" generic topical antibiotics!! Damn! No symptomatic or causative relief, great delay, misdiagnosis, expensive, etc. etc. Self-diagnosis: after relieving my symptoms with hydrocortisone cream, I began considering that I'd newly developed a food allergy. Turns out that drastically reducing coffee intake dropped my symptoms. Moral: I can hardly believe the inability of Adventist Health and Simpson to adequately address my case. Too bad I learned the hard way, but I certainly will rectify my future healthcare.
