He was friendly and professional and assured me I would get an estimate within the next business day as I had called on an evening so he needed one full day to prepare it. Cody sent his roofer out there and they were able to determine massive structural damage and he was honest and transparent enough to say he did not comfortable charging me for a brand new roof while not addressing the structural issues that would need to be addressed first before any new roof could be placed. Even though we ended up not doing business, I think 99 out of 100 roofers would have probably taken the job taking my money and let me deal with the bad consequences in the future. I was in quite a pickle and these guys really helped me out! As if the situation wasn't already crappy enough, this was the only key I had to my car. After searching the Internet tirelessly, it seemed I only had two choices to get my car running again. Choice #1: Have my car towed to the nearest dealership. Choice #2: Find a locksmith that not only had the equipment to program the computer chip in the fob, but that was also willing to come to where my car was. The closest dealership happened to be in Springfield and I was in a small river town in Iowa. Choice 1 was going to get expensive fast! Choice 2 seemed to be the best option but the locksmith in my town didn't have the equipment to program the chip. So back to the Internet I went and there I found A-1 Security & Lock Service in Quincy. Not only were they willing to make the 45 minute drive to me, they had the equipment to cut a new key and program the computer chip as well!! It actually took less that 45 minutes! They were professional and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for their services. The situation I was in could easily have cost me some SERIOUS CASH! In upwards of $500 or even more. With their cost of $1 a mile and cutting 2 new keys and programming them I spent $190. However I did purchase the 2 key blanks with blank computer chips in them from Amazon which I do not suggest doing. There is a chance that the aftermarket key you purchase from the Internet will not program. Then you will be left with a useless key and the charges for A-1's services and the amount of purchasing another key that will work. A-1 is able to get the key you need, so just buy yours from them. I got lucky that mine did work. A-1 was professional, on time and like superheroes to me in my situation. I hope this review can help someone out there in the same situation because I know there are others out there trying to figure out what to do.

Justin's work was truly excellent. He pays attention to details, and doesn't forget things. I'd mention something I'd like done in the room, then later pass through, and notice he had already done it. His rates are more than fair, and work is simply top-shelf all the way. We won't be calling anyone else for carpentry and remodel work in the future besides Entrup and Justin.
